Five minute walk to Anchor Produce and Okie's Butcher for fresh corn and the best cuts of meat on the Island. One block walk to both Panzone's....best pizza and Yellow Fin ( 5 star restaurant). 1.5 miles to Harvey Cedars Shellfish and The Plantation restaurants. Home is 4-5 minutes North of Rte 72 causeway, with choice of LBI Blvd. or Central Avenue to get here....not like the wait in traffic to get to/from Beach Haven.
This was our third stay at this beach house, but first time on the first floor - the house was absolutley perfect, well equipped, could not have asked for anything more! Very quiet side street and only a short walk to the beach. The owner, Joanne, was enjoyable to talk to you and very responsive to questions or concerns. Loved our vacation and will continue to stay here every year!
This beach house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! The location is amazing with just a very short walk to the beach!!! We were at the beach every day and would go back and forth to the house for lunch or whenever the need arose (yes, it is that close). When we were not at the beach, the whole family loved the fact that we could walk or ride our bikes to Surf City, which is perfect if you want to be within walking distance to a local grocery market, BEST butcher shop, cheese shop, mini-golf, arcade, 5 & 10 store, and a few good restaurants (Yellow Fin is awesome), but not be in the hustle and bustle of Beach Haven.
The property has been recently renovated/decorated and is beautiful, bright and clean. It is located on a quiet lane and is very private with plenty of space for parking. All three bedrooms are large and airy. It also has an outdoor shower area which was great for getting the sand off after spending time at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. There is an outdoor grill too. The house had absolutely everything we needed for cooking, relaxing and having fun. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor areas (both dining and lounging) which are spectacular...the gardens are beautiful.
The Owners (Joanne and Larry) got back to us quickly with any questions we had prior to our trip. The details of our stay were so well organized that we had absolutely no questions during our trip. They made you feel like you were part of the family. If you are looking for the perfect beach cottage, that fits your family (we are a family of four - 2 adults and 2 teens) and a few family and friends who stopped by for the day, you have found it. We cannot wait to return...see you in 2016 :)

Lease emailed to tenant who signs and returns lease by mail along with 50% deposit. Remainder is due 60 days prior to arrival along with $200.00 security deposit, which is returned within 7 days assuming home is left clean and there is no damage.
Check-in Saturday 3pm. Check-out Saturday 10am.
Deposits are non-refundable if for any reason the tenant cannot make lease commitments.
