The Villa boasts lovely sea views and the beautiful island of La Gomera can be seen on most days from the terrace.
There is a patio table and 6 chairs on the terrace, shaded by a gazebo. The swimming pool is family friendly with steps leading down into the shallow end. The pool is heated by solar. The jacuzzi will seat four at a time and is lovely and warm even during the evening. Inside the villa there is a separate fully fitted kitchen, which includes fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine,iron, ironing board and everthing you would expect to need. The lounge is very comfortable with a TV that shows British TV channels. There is also a dvd player, cd player and radio. There are two three seater leather suites and a dining table that seats six people.
The 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. 2 of the bedrooms have double beds and the 3rd bedroom, 2 singles. An extra bed is available if required. There are two bathrooms in the villa.

We had to weed the patio, remove the tab ends from round the flowerpots and wipe the cobwebs from the sunbeds. Wi-fi non existent, safe had no key so you couldn't lock your valuables away! Oven door hanging off. leftover food in sink, leftover charcoal on the BBQ. NO linen change in the 2 weeks we were there. Emailed the owner on return and they said we were the first to complain!! See other website where i think you'll find 1 * reviews. we booked this villa almost 12 months before and housekeeper and pool man said we were "surprise booking".

There is also a building site 2 metres away at the other side of the path. Monday to Friday 7.30am to 3.00pm NOT the 100's of metres away as stated by the owner on another website they have this advertised on!!
See Debbie N's review. I would also like to add. Take a tool kit so you can do all the repairs. Most of the lights don't work, neither does the wifi and the TV pleases itself.
There is an Iceland store down the road, so you don't have to carry your washing powder very far. You'll need it, as the towels and bedding are changed in the two weeks you are there. A very tired villa in need of an update. The owners in need of customer service skills.
It's September 2015 and we have just paid deposit for this Villa.
Fast Forward 10 months (paid in full) it’s July and we're in a Taxi trying to give directions to an Taxi driver who speaks little English (would have helped if the owner had emailed us the correct directions and Villa number!!) Luckily I'd had the sense to Google Earth where we were staying as we go to Tenerife every year so had an idea of where it was. The owner gave us wrong Villa number so in 38 degree heat, 4 of us were trailing suitcases and hand luggage up and down the hill trying to find Villa no 23. It was actually Villa number 14 we needed! So leaving the others at the bottom of the hill with all the luggage etc we went back up the 149 steps and tried the code on number 14!! Thank god it worked! My husband and son in law then had to carry 2 x 20kgs suitcases and hand luggage up the 149 stairs to the villa like 2 little Sherpas on Mount Everest!!
On arrival the pool was dirty, there was left over bits of food and lollipop sticks in the sink, there were no clean towels and the beds were unmade, the BBQ had the previous owners leftover used charcoal!! We called the owners straight away and also the pool man Paul from the contact booklet (he did arrive in 20 mins and apologised and said we were not expected guests and were a surprise booking!! He then cleaned the pool for us and contacted the housekeeper who could not make it that day and she would come tomorrow and would we mind making up own beds!!). The owner then rang us back and apologised and said her dad had had an accident and hurt his leg. (that maybe the case but just think for a minute how that made us feel - 10 months ago we booked this and not in those 10 months did you call or email resort to let anyone know we were arriving!!! Shocking!) The next morning the housekeeper came and had a rant because we'd used the wrong bed linen out of the cupboard that is usually padlocked!! I'm sorry but when you pay £xxxx for a villa you don't expect to make you own beds!!!
DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE OWNERS!!!!
I wish we could actually review this property but unfortunately the owner double booked our holiday! We arrived with three children and found someone else was already holidaying in it, so were stranded and very worried about what we could do. The owners agent found a replacement villa for us but sadly it was 20km out of Adeje, had no jacuzzi, was directly under the flight path and right next to the airport, had bunk beds which were unsuitable for our toddlers, and several faulty appliances. After several phone calls, complaints via email and a failed appeal through paypal, we haven't had a single response, call, apology or even an acknowledgement that it actually happened.
We booked through another villa letting website but conveniently the owner has now removed their listing so I am reviewing here.

This villa is in need of a make over its not up to a good standard, the pictures you see must be from when it was first purchased
The owners communication is very poor
Whilst we were there we had a small electric shock off the hot tub ( the electrics are dodgy ) we did manage to contact the owner eventually through email and to be fair he did send a electrician around two days later, the electrician condemned the hot tub for the rest of our holiday to which the owner totally ignored.
And finally there is major construction work going on next to the villa, I know this is not the owners fault but every morning when the machines started up it would trip the electrics in the villa.
There are better villas to rent than this one so stay away.
It will be funny to see the owner respond to this review because he doesn't return your emails .
we enjoyed our stay very much, all staff were very helpful, paul who cleaned the pool and the hot tub was very friendly, helen the housekeeper was also very friendly and helpful letting us stay till our transfer picked us up, worked round us rodney who picked us up was friendly and kind to us, french aviation was on strike on our return and rodney offered us a bed if our flight was cancelled just to ring him and he would pick us back up and give us a bed for the night at his place ! the villa was home from home great location a little hill and steps up to the villa but after getting in soon forgot about that, also a taxi up was only 3 and a half euros so after a night out fall into a taxi, bbq area outside was good, realy enjoyed and very spacious in the outside area thanks to every one who made our holiday very special it was both our birthdays while we was there and enjoyed very much our friends enjoyed too .
Las Americas is situated in the south of Tenerife connected with Los Cristianos along the coast. The airport is 15min drive away. The Villa is situated above Aqualand (Water Park), adjacent to the Castalia Vistamar Complex and Paradise Court. It is located in a no through road so the area is quiet with very little traffic. There is a taxi rank 10mins walk away, outside Island Village, but it maybe possible to get a taxi in the road near the Villa. The nearest beach and San Eugenio Shopping Centre, with many duty free shops and Mercadona Supermarket is about 15mins walk away. Most coach excursions stop at the top of the road. The capital, Santa Cruz is 50mins drive away, which is excellent for shopping and sightseeing. Puerto de la Cruz, the tourist town in the North of the Island, is 1 hour and 15min drive. The public bus service connects most of the Island with Las Americas.
