To renovate these BBC type duplex in this antique holiday colony has given me the chance to be down-to-earth in this region where I have passed my holidays every winter since my 2nd birthday.

Fully renovated in 2012, this BBC type semi-detached house its both economic and comfortable. Luxurious property with a fantastic mountain view

Wonderful luxurious accommodation with a fantastic mountain view. The accommodation has everything you require for your holiday; very clean and very well maintained. The owner Sebastien was very helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommended staying here and can't wait to return.

The best property we have ever rented

This was, without question, the best property we have ever rented. The description and photographs don’t really do it justice; the chalet was pristine and contained every creature comfort one could wish for, and is located an easy drive from the village and local skiing.

We will definitely be planning to stay again in this hidden gem of a property.

Très agréable séjour ( à refaire )

Nous avons passés une semaine formidable et dans un cadre exceptionnel. La maison est très bien située pour profiter d un panorama splendide sur les montagnes.

La maison nous a apporté tout le confort ( avec bain bulle et sauna très profitable après une journée de marche ), bien pensée et très bien entretenue. Le propriétaire nous a accueilli en nous expliquant tout le fonctionnement de la maison.

Vous êtes à la recherche d une maison pouvant accueillir facilement 8 personnes et vous aimez le calme, les beaux paysages et vous balader, nous vous recommandons cette maison

Séjour tout confort

Après une précédente appréciation déposée, j'avais émis une difficulté certainement présente en cas d'enneigement par la route d'accès. Le propriétaire m'avait précisé qu'il y avait deux itinéraires et ayant suivi mon gps et conservé celui-ci pendant tout mon séjour, je n'ai manifestement pas emprunté celui le plus accessible. Un conseil, demandez au propriétaire de vous faire emprunter le moins contraignant pour faciliter l'accès en cas de fort enneigement.

Owner's Response: ll faut faire attention avec les gps en montagne, ils peuvent par exemple très bien vouloir vous faire passer par des cols pourtant fermés tout l'hiver. Les deux routes sont indiquées dans les instructions que j'envoie systématiquement aux locataires, je pense que s'il y avait eut de la neige durant votre séjour vous vous en seriez souvenu.

séjour tout confort

Séjour proposé du dimanche au dimanche, intéressant pour éviter le rush habituel du samedi. Séjour passé à 6 adultes et 2 enfants et surface habitable très correct avec une salle principale très agréable avec une solide vue. L'équipement est vraiment pléthorique, sauna, jakouzi, tv numérique, blueray et rétro projecteur grand écran et tout dans une décoration raffinée et de qualité. Je valide le standing. La seule réserve doit être par temps très enneigé avec une route d'accès qui doit nécessiter en pareille situation un équipement obligatoire.

Pour finir le propriétaire est vraiment très sympathique. A recommander

Owner's Response: Comme nous en avons parlé depuis, il y a deux route différentes pour accéder à la maison. Celle que vous avez emprunté pendant votre séjour est celle que je déconseille l'hiver. Ces deux routes sont bien déneigées, mais effectivement il est très fortement recommandé (et obligatoire selon le code de la route, la maison étant située à 1050 mètres d'altitude) de disposer soit de chaines soit de pneus neige l'hiver.

Magnifique !

En famille pour 4 jours, nous avons passé un séjour magnifique ! La vue est à la hauteur des prestations : haut de gamme (propreté, lits confortables, jacuzzi, écran géant, etc..)

Les balades dans la région (la plus belle de France :-)) peuvent se faire en partant directement du logement, parfait ! Les conseils de sébastien, le propriétaire, sur les activités et restaurants du coin sont précis.

Nous reviendrons sans hésiter (si ceux qui lisent ce commentaire ne nous prennent pas notre place ! ;-))

In the heights of the vallée d'Aulps, enjoy a unique panoramic view over the Roc d'Enfer, you will be 10 minutes away from the Morzine's stations, Avoriaz (access through Les Lindarets/Ardent), Les Gets (access to Mont-Chery through the Encrenaz pass) or the Gran Terche's family station, all of them accessible with the fixed price in 'Les Portes du Soleil'.

You will be 10 km away from the Montriond Lake and only half an hour from Lake Geneva, Thomon les bains and Evian.
