The apartment is located 10 minutes from Car Port Aventura, the famous amusement park, a must !!! It is truly an unforgettable day, the vegetation is lush, the thrill rides and quality animations, especially the Aloha Tahiti sight of where you start blue eyes filled with dreams ... The sea is and remains the closest possibility of escapes ... always nice with a temperature and a very gentle slope (we walk away ...) For ride enthusiasts, see climbing or mountaineering, the mountain is not far ... Finally, for lovers of art, history and shopping ..., TARRAGONA is just 10 minutes away. La Rambla is very pleasant to wander and not get you in the end, contemplation of the Port of Tarragona with stunning and impressive sight! Take small (very small) street and alleys to discover the cathedral, the Roman ruins and many houses and typical architecture

Super appartement

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours et avons passé des vacances superbes. Très bel endroit

Super appartement et super propriétaire ;-)

L'appartement est situé à 30 m de la plage, près de tous commerces, bars et restaurants. Endroit très calme (malgré le parking)

De la terrasse, une belle vue de la mer.

L'appartement comporte trois chambres, un salon-salle-à-manger, une cuisine, 2 WC, 1 salle-de-bain. On y trouve tout le matériel nécessaire pour les vacances.

Malgré un petit souci à notre arrivée, le propriétaire nous a de suite contacté et ce petit désagrément est rentré dans l'ordre très rapidement. Un propriétaire très à l'écoute.

Je recommande vivement cette location.

Très bon sejour

Bonjour ,

Nous avons passer deux semaines parfaite dans un appartement très propre et très bien situer . Tout à proximité ( plage , commerce etc.. ) ! Pas besoin de voiture . C'est un endroit que nous conseillons sans aucun doute ! Et nous pensons repartir l'année prochaine !

Appartement très bien situé à quelques mètres de la plage.

Prestations conformes à la description.

Accueil très agréable avec l'agence Malaveira, contact très facile et très courtois avec M. VIE.

Seuls bémols, la climatisation est difficile à régler (soufflerie trop froide) et un micro ondes serait très appréciable.

- VEHICLE apartment located 10 minutes from Tarragona, 1 hour south of Barcelona (apartment located 10 minutes from the motorway AP7)

- PLANE with landing at Barcelona airport + can rent a car or take the bus that takes you 100 meters from the apartment (1 bus / hour depending on date)

- PLANE with landing at Reus which to date is no longer served by French airport ...!

Only some airports - Belgian - German - Switzerland - Irish and English serve the airport ...


= TGV to Tarragona (station El Camp de Tarragona ')

= Classic train to Tarragona (night train, for example)

= It is possible to arrive at the Vila-Seca station which is easier to access than Tarragona and with free parking! and 10 minutes from the apartment ...

You are welcomed by the staff of the agency that manages the building (French spoken). Thus, you do an inventory arriving and starting afresh you secure a home in good conditions.

The return of the keys is done with the agency.

We ask that you take care to leave the apartment clean when leaving the premises.

Our advice and good addresses:

At 80 meters, the Bakery 'Pepe' - fresh and warm bread at all hours and above (morning) of the famous Churros PÉPÉ!

At 50 meters there is a grocery store 'SPAR' - fruit / vegetables - a fresh ray products - frozen foods - meat and cut vacuum and bread.

Bars: 1 in the open seasonally residence

1 to 50 meters towards the grocery store SPAR, Los FAROLES bar / brasserie where you can enjoy a beer accompanied by tapas

The daily menu is around € 10.00 and excellent quality. This is a restaurant where all the workers spend the sector ...

Thursday near the parking lot of the discotheque "The PACHA '= a market where you can find everything for cheap ... fringuerie - other spices ...

On Sunday at TARRAGONA, especially not miss the market BONAVISTA (in summer, it is highly advisable to go early, because of affluence and heat!)
