The house that we rent, is immersed in a context of Outstanding Natural Beauty (on the coast in a position to have an excellent view of the Gulf of Cofano, its sea and its beautiful sunsets and unique, right next to the plateau where stands the country and its rock face of the cliffs, surrounded by a grove of pine trees and a beautiful garden with trees and lush flowering plants and nice and views of more than 250 000 square meters of Mediterranean maquis of unspoiled coast) not far from the town, 200 mt from the campsite El Bahira, has bright rooms (with windows with shutters, double glazing and curtain mosquito net) and furnished with quality and taste, as well as terraces facing the sea with bamboo roof and blue polycarbonate (filters UVA and UVB), for get a tan properly filtered and cooled by the sea breeze or land, very popular especially even in the hottest summer months because it keeps all the rooms well ventilated, cool and comfortable, without having to use the installed air conditioners. We holidayed in property 615460 August 2013. Our holiday experience was very positive. The owner of the villa was very helpful and honest in his dealings with us. The villa is located in a stunning position overlooking the sea. We enjoyed great swimming in the sea directly in front of the Villa and every evening had beautiful sunsets. The Villa was very clean and comfortable, and matched the description on the website perfectly. The Villa is located near the resort of Bahia which was lively during the peak holiday month of August. The nearby town of San Vito lo Capo has an abundance of restaurants, and is buzzing with life. The town also has a fabulous long sandy beach. The location of the Villa is excellent for sightseeing and a car is essential. We would happily recommend this Villa and area as a holiday destination.

Posizione splendida.

La posizione e la vista incantevoli.

L'equipaggiamento della villetta (specialmente le stoviglie e le pentole) potrebbe essere migliorato.

Accoglienza puntigliosa e poco flessibile.

Siamo arrivati alla sera con un grandissimo caldo e abbiamo trovato in frigo una bottiglia quasi vuota d'acqua. Un rotolo di carta igienica quasi terminato. Non eravamo in grado di prevedere se avremmo utilizzato o meno l'aria condizionata ma abbiamo dovuto pagare comunque un extra per ricevere il telecomando. Questo extra non ci è stato restituito nonostante non avessimo mai usato l'aria condizionata.

Il valore di questo immobile sta TUTTO nella posizione.

L'accesso diretto al mare c'È. Ma solo per un bagno veloce dagli scogli non per passare la giornata al mare.

Owner's Response: Sig.ra Barbara Toffoli non si nasconda nell'anonimato, riterrei ridicolo contestare le cose non vere da lei qui esposte che contraddicono se stessa, come lei ben sa ed ha dichiarato dopo uno "puntiglioso" check in, se non fosse penoso essere denigrato proprio in una accoglienza fatta con più di 6 ore di ritardo rispetto le ore 1830 ora prevista, con ingresso in villa di tre bambini ed una nonna con evidenti difficoltà organizzative e malgrado fosse a quell'ora tutto chiuso e lei inaspettatamente non portava con se NULLA compreso l'acqua per i bambini, mentre constatava con la nonna il perfetto stato d'uso di pentole e quant'altro come poi ha sottoscritto, probabilmente i sui figlioli hanno utilizzato la bottiglia di acqua chiusa ed il rotolo di carta intatto da me cortesemente FAVORITO e non previsto essendo materiale di consumo e di uso personale. Mi spiace farle ricordare che malgrado l'orario non l'ho lasciata nel caos piu completo con una valigia chiusa e combinazione ignota che personalmente dopo circa mezzora di tentativi ho aperto, non importa manterrò la mia proverbiale gentilezza che ritengo paghi sempre, siamo il risultato delle nostre azioni. Anche sul suo parere che si possa fare solo un bagno fugace davanti casa,peraltro a soli 600 metri dalla Cala del Bue Marino la piu bella d'Italia 2015- Legambiente, rimane solo suo. Il suo astio nei miei confronti sta proprio nella contraddizione contenuta in questa e-mail cioè che, malgrado io abbia sostenuto sempre con tutti i miei clienti che la villa è fresca e non occorre acquistare l'extra per l'aria condizionata (resa disponibile soprattutto per la clientela americana e per chi comunque non vuole levarsi la possibilità di usarla in caso di scirocco) e lei abbia scelto di acquistala (per lei faceva "grandissimo" caldo) e pagarla, non si capisce in virtù di quale controllo a posteriori al check out io abbia potuto constatare quanto da lei asserito, cioè che non la usata affatto. Certamente converrà che tutto ciò è tanto incredibile quanto grottesco, non credo che in Svizzera acquistando una pietanza ed una bibita di suo piacimento per 50 euro, anche se non la finisce di mangiare la torna indietro pretendendo di aver restituito la somma perché ha fatto una scelta sbagliata e non è più di suo gusto! (anche se qui si può costatarne il fatto che non l'ha mangiata). Concordo con lei SOLO per il fatto che il posto è certamente a prova di qualsiasi obiezione, anche la piu ingiusta e faziosa

Villetta splendida in un paesaggio meraviglioso

Abbiamo trovato quanto dichiarato e ben illustrato nelle immagini. La casa dotata di tutto il necessario, immersa nel verde con di spalle le splendide falesie e di fronte un mare da cartolina, con tramonti che ti riempiono il cuore. Accesso (diretto) al mare vicino e comodissimo. Veranda da 5 stelle e oltre. Sergio e consorte affabili e disponibilissimi. Un must per chi cerca tranquillità, pace e natura a 360 gradi. 👍 Gianpiero & family

ottimo

Ho trascorso con la mia famiglia (4) una splendida vacanza a San Vito lo Capo. La casa è bella e funzionale, ubicata in un luogo sicuro (e in prossimità di un bel campeggio) e tranquillo, con una vista mozzafiato sul golfo del Monte Cofano e guarda direttamente verso le Egadi. Il mare è splendido, la ventilazione da terra o da mare è sempre presente e quindi il caldo risulta sopportabilissimo. Insomma si sta da favola...

Allt som behövs finns, utsikterna är otroliga och läget lugnt men samtidigt väldigt nära in till San Vito Lo Capo (underbar liten by med mkt bra strand och god mat, där de flesta turisterna är italienska, iaf i juni). Sergio är väldigt noggrann, men vi hade sönder en kaffekopp och det gjorde ingenting så han är inte oresonlig alls. Lyssna på hans restaurangrekommendationer om du är intresserad av att äta den bästa och lokala maten. AC:n funkade bra, allt som det stod att det skulle finnas, fanns. Huset är väldigt litet men det funkar fint för två par / eller en familj. Om man är fler så har han ett identiskt hus i samma trädgård - fråga honom.
