January 1-31, 2016---Rented by a retired teacher and project manager.

We stayed at this condo for the month of January. We received our Security Deposit back in March, and to our amazement, a significant amount was taken out for "extra cleaning". This cleaning charge was in addition to the fee paid for an "exit cleaning" included in our pre-paid rental agreement. (Now the owner has included the exit cleaning fee directly within the rental rate.) We were given a lengthy list of items to be cleaned (including the rug), replaced because of damage, and for paint touch ups, all specified by the owner's cleaning service.

- This list was fabricated---IT WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE!

The condo was left in excellent condition! Only the regular, pre-paid, exit cleaning was needed. However, the owner told us in the letter it took eight plus hours to clean this small two bedroom condo (hard to believe!).

In the prior 4 years, we rented houses in Lely Resort and Country Club in Naples, and received thanks from the owners for leaving their properties in excellent condition. Full security deposits were refunded!

We asked the owner to call or email to try to resolve this situation, but she did not respond.

We asked for cleaning receipts, replacement receipts and painting receipts. We did not get any.

As a retired teacher, I am going to be proactive. I believe the owner will respond that we left a horrible mess....NOT TRUE! We were charged a significant portion of our security deposit to clean a small 2 bedroom condo that was left in excellent condition. All we can say is "RENTER BEWARE"! We do NOT recommend renting this condo if you expect to receive a full security deposit refund.

After eight (8) years of successfully renting on VRBO, we received this 1-star rating. It involved a unique experience with a tenant that did not respectfully maintain our property during their occupancy period. We employ a competent, trustworthy housekeeping service. They have always provided excellent service and have no reason to lie, exaggerate or fabricate a cleaning situation. The post-departure condition of our condo was described by housekeeping as "the worst they’d ever seen". We will continue to work hard to accommodate future travelers and are confident responsible guests will enjoy our property as much as we do and treat it respectfully. Kind regards, VRBO Owner

golf is only 1 kilometer away and pool across the street.

the gym and main bar are 1 mile away.

good location for hiking and running.

golf practice facility is top notch and no cost.

the course is very difficult and busy. if booking use your 10 day advance privlege.
