The Loft Santa Clara is located in the heart of the old town, close to shops, market, train station, car parks and the lake.

Access to the apartment is 23 rue Ste Claire gives in Annecy and south, Rue Basse du Château which ensures absolute quiet.

Description of the apartment:

An entrance hall leads to a large living room with lounge, sofa + chair, cable TV, unlimited Internet WIFI, dining area and fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, halogen hob? refrigerator and microwave. A separate bedroom (with a 140 bed with slatted base) + mezzanine to easy (with a 140 bed with slats). Shower room (quadrant + glass wall) + basin and cupboard and toilet suspended.

Bed and high chair on request and subject to availability

A private garden of 65 sqm furnished with wooden terraces on 3 levels you will dine and unwind (chairs available)

Well appointed apartment with garden in the centre of historic Annecy.

Entrance onto one of the most picturesque streets in Annecy with vibrant market three days a week. But once inside, very charming and peaceful with terraced garden ideal for eating and relaxation. Smart and well equipped with dishwasher but no washing machine (launderette nearby).

In very hot weather you might regret the absence of air-conditioning. Property headline says " ......with parking" but that is charged extra: however very conveniently situated just a short walk away.

Well placed for the lake, restaurants, cycle routes, boats etc.

Perfect Location, Lovely Private Garden

This property was exactly what we wanted. We spent a week in Annecy visiting family and being tourists. The location is right in the center of town, in the midsts of the restaurants, shops, and open air markets. When you go in the door and up the stairs you are in a quiet and very nicely remodeled space in the old stone building. It is bright and airy with a modern feel and the normal accoutrements of modern living, while keeping some of the character of its past. The terraced back yard is the best -walled in for privacy with a table for eating on one level and a coffee table with chairs for socializing on the next one up. There is parking nearby that the landlord can provide for a reasonable additional fee. For visitors from the US be aware that there are extra charges above the nightly rate for linens, towels, and cleaning when you leave, if you aren't handling those items on your own. We loved our stay there. Annecy is France at its best!

Buzzing Location - Quiet Apartment

Brilliant location, right in the heart of the Old Town and close to everything. It's quiet in the apartment and yet you exit the building right into the buzz of the market, shops and restaurants. It's well equipped and comfortable, and Sylvie was very welcoming and kind. Headroom is cramped up on the mezzanine and the occasional bumped head is almost inevitable for grown-ups (we were 4 adults), but we had a great week.

Location faite pour une semaine de ski avec nos filles de 10 et 7 ans.

Sejour parfait, appartement très fonctionnel au calme et très bien situé : aucun reproche a faire. Malheureusement à cause de la neige nous n avons pas pu profiter du jardin/terrasse.
