We have just completed in May and June 2019 decoration work throughout the villa!

This family villa, cozy, bright with large windows will give you a haven of peace. The sea will follow you to the kitchen, through the living room and in the bedrooms upstairs.
easily accessible single storey house as offering + of 100 m² on 190 m² in immediate relationship with the garden. It will delight all generations.
A private garden and its large terrace not overlooked under the pines will allow you to fully enjoy your vacation IN THE GREATEST QUIET.

Cette maison a besoin d'entretien
Cette maison est très bien située, mais mal entretenue. Il faut des réparations dans plusieurs domaines, les salles de bains doivent être complètement remplacées et les murs et portes sont à peindre. Certains meubles sont cassés. Des moustiquaires seraient les bienvenues dans cette environ boisé.

Une belle maison très bien placée méritant une remise à niveau.
Nous avons passé 15 jours mi-juillet 2022. C'est une belle maison méritant quelques investissements pour justifier le prix demandé à la location. De notre point de vue, le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas bon. A ce prix, nous espérions mieux. + Superbe emplacement à 100m à peine des plages. + Maison spacieuse. + Très beau jardin extérieur. + Propriétaire réactif et sympathique. + Cuisine refaite à neuf très très bien équipée. - Maison accusant les années (hors cuisine). - Seulement deux salles de bains anciennes et peu fonctionnelles. - Ménage très discutable au prix qu'il est facturé (insectes morts dans les angles, coton tige entre les meubles, etc). - Literies passables. - Mobiliers vieillissants et détériorés (table + chaises du salon).

Großes Haus in toller Lage - mit Meerblick!
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit großer Familie. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt toll mit unvergesslichem Ausblick auf das Meer - sogar aus der Küche und aus einigen Schlafzimmern. Vielen Dank, dass wir unseren Urlaub hier verbringen durften.

Excellent séjour.
Bonjour Monsieur TEYSSIER, Trois commentaires : - un plat usagé et non nettoyé par son utilisateur trouvé dans le four... - plus sérieusement, la marche dans le salon mériterait d'être mieux signalée, une amie est du reste tombée à cet endroit, chute heureusement sans conséquence (une suggestion, que j'ai moi-même utilisée confronté à ce problème : installation d'une petite rampe fixée au sol) - surtout, ce magnifique gîte est tout de même un peu juste en équipement sanitaire pour 12 personnes; une salle de douche supplémentaire serait la bienvenue (de mémoire, l'annonce précisait 4 salles de bain). Cela dit, maison très agréable à vivre. Nous notons l'adresse pour un futur séjour. Bien cordialement.
