Perfect property and location to enjoy Marco Island beach

This is an immaculate, well appointed modern condominium with all the comforts of home included. There is ample storage space so things were never cluttered and as a bonus all the soaps/paper/foils were all provided for kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Both bedrooms are of generous size.

It has a beautiful view from each room being on the 15th floor and there is no neighboring building facing in since it overlooks Resident's park and beach directly. The balcony is perfect to enjoy. There is great access to the beach and warm condominium pool and walking distance to local eateries and fine dining.

The condo building management are efficient and available when needed and very easy to deal with. Everything is well maintained.

Having an under cover secure garage was most convenient as was the use of the laundry across the hall (so much better than having it in your condominium, being noisy when on.).

The neighbors were all most pleasant. Relaxing by the pool was calming. Much better than being at the very crowded Marriott or Hilton just a short walk away.

There is a storage locker in the building which had all the beach chairs etc for use by the water's edge and for watching great sunsets.

The beach walks in either direction were a treat each day. The new tide always washed different things up (sponges, starfish sea anemones and of course shells). The walk north along the beach toward Hideaway beach is spectacular as it passes rookeries and dunes along the entire 3.5 miles before you reach the point.

I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely condominium. Perfect for 2 couples and a roll away for extra guests. The condo owner is most receptive to any special needs and really goes out of her way to show you around to become orientated during her welcome tour. She was immediate in her response to any text message I sent. I was most grateful for her attentiveness.
