This amazing 2000 sqrft 4bed 2bath house has an incredible park-like backyard with deck and even a creek running at the bottom! With over half an acre of trees and greenery, this 30,000 sqrft setting is a stunning place to relax and experience a magical feel.

Located in the most desirable area of Greater Vancouver, this furnished West Vancouver home is situated at the end of a quiet, child friendly cul-de-sac on an estate-sized 0.7-acre property. If privacy and tranquility is what you are after then this house is for you.

It feels like you are in the middle of Nature, but you are 3 minutes from Park Royal Shopping Centre (300 stores and 8 restaurants) , and 7 minutes to both Ambleside Beach and Stanley Park ! It's the best of all Worlds ! If mountain recreation is what you seek, Cypress and Grouse Mountain are a short 15 minute drive away and world famous Whistler Mountain is just over an hour away. The beach and local hotspot, the Sea Wall, are only 5 minutes away.

This house has total of 7 beds: King bed(sleeps 2), First Queen bed(sleeps 2), Second Queen bed(sleeps 2), Two twin beds (sleep 2), Two sofa sleepers each sleeps 2. So this house can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.

Perfect for a family

The house was perfect plenty of bedrooms, a good sized kitchen and even a basketball net. Location wasnt idea for walking anywhere but as long as you have a car all is good. Certainly recommend.

A lovely house at a quiet street end

All of us really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house during our ski trip at Cypress. It is nicely renovated, warmly decorated, and conveniently located close to Vancouver ski resorts, downtown and West Vancouver's shopping centers. The owner, Ross and Dana, take great care of the house. It is super clean, and equipped with everything we needed during our trip. Ross and Dana also communicates with us, to make sure everything is as smooth as possible. We loved it!
