Cercanía de la playa.

Zona tranquila.

Limpieza muy buena.

Colchones y almohadas, muy cómodas.

Piso (aunque antiguo) con buenas dimensiones.

NEGATIVO:

Piso planta tercera SIN ascensor.

Tostadora (aunque lo refiere) NO tiene.

La foto principal NO se ajusta a la realidad, pues hay un edificio delante.
