Ideally located, very calm, all comfort, good access road, 100 meters from the paved road. Large house with all comforts and necessities, beautifully situated near the beautiful village of Montefrio where there are many bars, restaurants and several supermarkets. Perfect access road, no off-road vehicle required! Here you can quietly enjoy your holiday at your private pool and private garden! On Monday there is a market in the village and on Tuesday in the town of Alcala La Real. Granada is at 45km and the beautiful Sierra Nevada at 100km. The price is calculated on 8 people, with an extra charge or 2 extra persons.

The Perfect Getaway

We stayed at Cortijo Montefristy for 9 nights, Nathalie was there to greet us when we arrived and show us around. The Villa was fantastic, clean with lots of space and all the amenities you’d need. The pool was great in the summer heat and the bedrooms were cool in the evenings. Perfect location for a very quiet, relaxing, break but still within easy reach of the local towns and shops. We would certainly recommend it to other and would happily stay again. Thank you Nathalie & Guy!

Amazing house in the hills near Montefrío!

The house is great and just as described! Plenty of room both inside and out. The pool area is brilliant, and the outside eating area is spacious. The owners are very, very friendly and more than happy to help with any enquiry throughout the stay! We arrived late at night and they were happily waiting for us, and had even stocked the house with a few supplies as the supermarkets had long closed - a great help for us. The owners magically cleaned the pool on most days, without even disturbing us! They provided fresh linens half way through our stay. The location is great for getting away from it all. Surrounded by hills covered in olive groves as far as the eye can see. The nearest town of Montefrío is about 5-10mins away in the car. There are some lovely restaurants, a great ice cream parlour and the castle on the hill is well worth the climb to the top! I would definitely recommend this house, you will have a wonderfully relaxing time in a scenic part of southern Spain!

excellent & complete house

The house is complete. Kitchen with everything you need, good beds, nice spacious livingroom, big garden with several places to sit and a big terrace next to the house. The pool is nice with umbrellas and sunbeds.

Super séjour sous le soleil au calme avec de nombreux sites touristiques à visiter

Propriété idéale pour se ressourcer au calme dans un cadre de verdure comportant des plantes exotiques majestueuses (cactées, figuiers, oliviers ..) et assurant ainsi un dépaysement total. Excellent accueil de la propriétaire et grande disponibilité. Maison d'une propreté irréprochable avec tous les équipements nécessaires. La literie était parfaite. Une terrasse ombragée était bien agréable et coins lecture dans la verdure. La piscine était très bien entretenue et dotée de transats et parasols en nombre. Location remarquable et recommandée pour couple ou famille nombreuse.
