Tastefully decorated hacienda style villa with very private large 3000m fenced garden with lawns, trees and flowers all over. Large pool on the side of the house in the garden.There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Large living room and outside terrace. TV with satellite receiver. Central heating. No stairs. Free Wifi. For the kids there is a tree-hut. Large just renovated pool. Good restaurants very nearby.

We love our Casa La Morada and specially the garden and pool.

At lot of efforts we have put into it. The pool is renovated in spring 2017.

Every time we enjoy it more. It has everything for a great vacation.

It is so quiet, you have to get used to it the first few days....

A nice location, very quiet, a great garden but not far away from town, shops, beach and restaurants. The Montgo moutain in the backyard.

What makes this house unique

Finca style house, with large living room and a great terrace for outside meals. Many different corners in the garden to sit in the shade. A newly renovated tree-hut for the kids and a very comfortable swimming pool with sunbeds for everybody.The house is without any stairs. Safe parking space inside the gate for several cars. The garden has lawns, fruittrees, From the house you can walk into the Montgo nature reserve or to town.

Traditional older villa in tranquil surroundings

Our family enjoyed a relaxing 10 day holiday in La Morada July 2017. The villa is spacious and comfortable and surrounded by lovely gardens and trees with ample loungers, chairs and shady spots. The pool was lovely with a little "seat/shelf" to sit in in the shallow end and it was also then pretty deep in the deep end which was ideal for all our family.

A couple of minor problems we encountered on arrival regarding missing essential equipment for our baby were very quickly attended to by the lovely villa property manager, Joanna and by Rob the very helpful owner.

La Morada was only a few minutes by car to Javea town and we would suggest that one would drive rather than walk there as the road to towncould be a little perilous if you were in foot.

We would recommend this villa for a lovely relaxing holiday.

A wonderful, tranquil Finca

We had a simply wonderful 12 day family holiday. The Finca is in a quiet location, within driving distance of all the main beaches & locations. It feels like a comfortable home & NOT like the clinical rental villas of others. The new pool is large & even has some welcome shade in the afternoons. The owner is friendly & the local housekeeper is welcoming & effective. RECOMMENDED.

Javea is a nice place to spend you holiday. We have come here serveral times and this time we rented villa La Morada. This is a nice large villa with a beautiful green garden. It is located on a quiet spot of Javea near the centre. You can see the property is maintained well and the housekeeping provides good service.

Murielle a ete geniale du debut a la fin, tres disponible, et accueil tres chaleureux.

Beautiful gardens, ample villa, quiet location

We had a lovely stay in Casa La Morada. There were 8 of us ranging from 2.5 to 90 and it suited all needs. It's all on one level with easy access to the outside covered patio that has a sofa area and a long dining table. The teenagers had their own wing and bathroom, they loved the platform beds. The garden is great for little ones to explore, they do need to be supervised at the tree house as it's high, it has a great view once you get up there. The villa is close to other houses but the garden is so well planted you don't really notice, it's a 5 min drive to the pueblo of Javea and 13 min drive to the Arenal beach. If the gang of us go again next year we would definitely look to rent again.

Superbe maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût, beaucoup d'espace, au calme et fraîche. Le grand jardin est magnifique. La piscine idéalement située pour avoir quelques coins d'ombre. Tout l'équipement dont on peut avoir besoin est à disposition, y compris le wifi. Et le propriétaire est très prévenant. Merci Erik de nous avoir prêté ta maison, nous avons hâte de revenir !

This house enjoys a very nice big (3000m) garden with lawns and trees.Yet you are not isolated and situated in a pleasant neighborhood with Spanish and international neighbors. To the historic center it is only a few minutes by car. By foot or bike you can explore the Montgo moutain area.There are several beaches in the vicinity. The well known Arenal beach is less then 10 minutes by car. Many restaurants are nearby. Enjoy sitting outside on the classic Naya (terrace) enjoying the garden. The large pool is on the side of the house, so your kids can play in the pool while you are sitting quietly on the terrace. The city of Javea is doing a great job in keeping the beeached very clean! Besides they organise a lot of activities for every age group.
