About Richard & Stacey Alderson

My wife Stacey and I, live in Kent with our 2 young daughters. Having holidayed in Cyprus on many occasions we decided that with the year round warm climate, beautiful beaches and scenery and the friendly Cypriot people, Cyprus would be a perfect retreat for us and anyone wishing to enjoy a relaxing, get away from it all break, with great amenities within easy reach.

Within an easy 5 minutes drive you can be enjoying the clear crystal waters and golden sands of Coral Bay. You'll also be spoilt for choice at Coral Bay with an array of bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment boasts an ideal location with mountain views to the rear and spectacular sea views directly in front of you, leaving you to enjoy that welcome balmy breeze.

What makes this apartment unique

A light and airy apartment on the Marina Hilltop complex with lush landscaped gardens, large terraced pool area, providing shower and wc facilities. The apartment is unique to the complex as it has an exceptionally large 'L' shaped veranda (40sq.m) perfect for taking in the scenery and sunsets whilst alfresco dining.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment is fully air-conditioned/heated. The apartment is suitable for both families and couples. No smoking is permitted within the apartment. Cot and high chair equipment can be provided on request. Outside: The apartment includes an exceptionally large L-shaped veranda. 4 seating dining table and 2 sun loungers. There is a large swimming pool with sun loungers, showers and w facilities available around the pool area. The apartment comes with an undercover parking space just outside the entrance. Outside Sail Shades over the veranda, an alternative to umbrellas and parasols. They protect you from the sun whilst allowing air to pass through, keeping you cool from the hot summer sun, and to allow you to enjoy outside living. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided. Property is cleaned before arrival/after departure. Mid term clean, change of bedlinen towels etc can be arranged at an additional charge.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

Apartment is in a beautiful location within walking distance of the lovely village of Peiya which has a lovely choice of restaurants, the best bakery in the world and little supermarkets. The apartment was spotlessly clean with an absolutely amazing balcony with stunning views. Sitting out there in the evenings looking over the Island all lit up is lovely. Location is very peaceful and yet you are able to taxi/drive into the busier Coral Bay Area should you wish. The shared pool is a lovely alternative to the beach. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Week-end break

Great short break in Peyia. Ideal apartment with excellent views over Coral Bay and beyond. Lots of local tavernas and restaurants for refreshments and relaxation. The locals are warm and friendly just like the owners, who have all the bases covered. I can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment for a relaxing holiday. I can't wait to go back!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem tollen Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet, sauber und hat eine herrlich große Terrasse. Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit 2 Personen. Die Navigation nach der Anfahrtsbeschreibung ist schwierig, insbesondere wenn man im Dunkeln ankommt. Man findet die Wohnung aber gut, wenn man die angegebenen Koordinaten in Google Maps eingibt und sich dann dorthin navigieren lässt.

Warmwassernutzung sollte im Gästebuch erklärt werden, da der Durchlauferhitzer und Pumpe manuell eingeschaltet werden müssen. Nicht schwer, wenn man weiß wo der Schalter ist.

Auto unbedingt erforderlich. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Woche. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Herrlich große Terrasse mit Rundum-Blick

Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet, sauber und hat eine herrlich große Terrasse. Für uns Deutsche fehlt eine Kaffeemaschine, so war nur Nescafé angesagt. Der Fernseher bietet keine deutschen Programme, sodass man auch mal Urlaub vom TV hat. Die Anfahrtsbeschreibung ist durch den schwarzen Pfeil in der Skizze etwas verwirrend und der englische Text bedarf doch gute Englischkenntnisse. Leider hat die Kommunikation mit einem Vermietervertreter vor Ort am Anreisetag nicht funktioniert ( tel. nicht erreichbar), der uns Warmwassernutzung, Fernseher und dgl. erklären hätte können. Auto unbedingt erforderlich. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Woche.

Erholsamer Badeurlaub

Wir waren 3 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung A304, Marina Hiltop. Wir haben bei wunderbaren Wetter die sehr große und mit bequemen Möbeln ausgestattete Terrasse genossen. Morgensonne und Sonnenuntergänge. Sehr ruhige Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl. Sehr stabiles WLAN. Wir hatten ein Auto und würden das auch immer empfehlen. Anfahrtsbeschreibung super und Schlüsselempfang problemlos. Würden jederzeit wieder nach Zypern reisen und auch wieder diesen Standort wählen.

Special interest holidays:

Peyia borders the Akamas National Park - the last unspoilt stretch of Cypriot wilderness, providing much interest for nature enthusiasts and walkers. Endless historical sites, churches and charming villages all within a comfortable drive. Of course within Coral Bay water sports and scuba diving schools can be found.


Coral Bay (best beach on the western coast - blue flag standard) is a 5 minute drive. Unspoilt and deserted beaches in the Akamas gorge are about 15 minutes drive, leading ultimately to Lara beach/Turtle Bay. Beaches downtown Paphos are 15-20 minutes drive.


Paphos airport is an approx 30 minute drive and Larnaca airport is a 90 minute drive. Car hire and transfer information available on request.


Peyia village is well equipped with a good selection of tavernas and bars, supermarkets, pharmacy, bank, butcher, delicatessen and doctors.

Coral Bay is a 5 minute drive and has a white sandy beach and a further good selection of restaurants and bars.

Paphos town is 20 minutes drive with its beaches, excellent shops, restaurants and bars.

The historical Tombs Of The Kings is a 15 minute drive.
