This is one of two apartments we have, the other being a two bedroom apartment in the same building. This a large 99sqm luxury apartment located just 150 metres from the sea, 15min from the South Airport and only 5 miles from Los Cristianos. This is one of two apartments we have, the other is a two bedroom in the same resort. This area is perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday, with plenty to do and a choice of quality restaurants within minutes. We have furnished our apartment with most of the luxuries of home with particular attention to comfort. The master bedroom has a very comfortable Super king size (6ft Wide), Bed and in the lounge there are two quality sofa beds, one King size and one single. Other luxury qualities: Rooftop pool with fantastic views, Private underground parking space, Lift to all floors, Luxury En Suite Jacuzzi bathroom, with separate shower & twin basin vanity unit. A fully equipped Kitchen with, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Granite worktops, washing machine, iron, ironing board. For your entertainment a 32inch flat screen TV, Quality Music System. DVD Player with over 100 DVD's, Hairdryer. Marble floors throughout. There are five Golf Courses within 20min.
The Seafront: The seafront is only a two minute walk away and has a promenade which lines the beach for over a kilometre. The nature reserve is less than 1/2 a mile away which is a wonderful coastal walk.

Golf in South Tenerife: There are five Golf courses in the South of the Island all usually in terrific condition, quite testing with beautiful views all within a 20 minute drive.
1. Closest is the Los Palos 9 hole course which is only 2 miles away, small but plenty of challenges, which is well worth a visit in preparation for the Championship 18 hole courses.
2. Las Americas (6 miles), a 72 par course with magnificent views.
3. Golf del Sur's (8 miles), 27 hole course which has hosted many International events can be very busy and you are advised to book in advance to save disappointment.
4. Costa Adeje Golf is another terrific course which has greens with several doglegs (could be handy for that slice or hook), only 12 miles away.
5. Amarillo is the fifth course (7 miles), which is another 27 hole course besides coastal cliffs again with spectacular views.
we had a quick drive down from the airport the directions given were very good. there is a lovely avenue of palms on the main road leading to the apartment with a few supermarkets to stock up of provisions for your stay i would advise stopping at the large supermarket on your right as you enter palm mar it has wonderful selection of fresh meat vegetables and bread.
we found plenty of parking outside the apartment block although we were aware of use of garage in the basement. the enterance is very secure. the apartment is lovely exactly as described. although there are cheaper properties available i would suggest that the extra for this apartment is more than reflected in the quality of the fixtures and furnishings. we especially likes the comfort of the bedroom with the lovely en suite. but my favourite part of the apartment was the large front terrace. we found the table and chairs comfortable but loved the L shaped sofa which was fabulous for relaxing in the evening. this was enhanced by the provision of a lovely bottle of cava left chilling in the fridge for our arrival
the roof top swimming pool and terrace has lovely views over the sea lots of comfortable sunbeds and a nice pool.
we liked casa flamingo to eat in the evening we were offered a special choice every evening among which were sea bass ans fillet steak. the wine offered here was very nice and all reasonably priced.
the owner of the property give us excellent customer care. she give accurate description of all facilities, written instruction to use everything in the apartment, contact numbers and ideas for excursions
We have stayed in Palm Mar for the past 3 years. For the first two years, we stayed in the 2-bed apartment but this year due to us booking late only the 1-bed was available. Both of them are fitted to a very high standard, spacious and impeccably clean. What we absolutely love is that there is everything you might possibly need in terms of everyday essentials, tea, coffee, sugar, condiments etc so you do not need to splash out on a full shop. We always try and make sure we leave a stock of something for the next guest. There is a full collection of books to borrow, cards, DVD's and the list goes on so you never say 'oh I really need..' because it is invariably there! Both Clive and Eileen are very helpful with great directions, correspondence and we really enjoy our winter week's break every time we go. Palm Mar is quiet and residential and we prefer it to the hustle and bustle of Los Christianos. This year we hired a car which we will definitely do again as it was nice to have the chance to potter around the Island and explore some more. Las Galettes is a busy town just 15 minutes around the corner and has plenty more shops and restaurants to explore if you feel the need. Would highly recommend and we will certainly be back.
Excellent communication from the hosts made this holiday even better. The apartment was clean spacious and very well equip with everything you should need, even hair straighteners , although I didn't need them 😉. The location was great 15 mins drive from the AirPort although the that didn't mean you had aircraft flying over all day, it was peace and quiet. A residential area with nice bars and various restaurants offering all kinds of menus at reasonable prices. Small but vey well stocked supermarkets in this small settlement offer everything you need if you want a romantic meal in on the terrace over looking the sea. Which of course you can hear lapping on the beach from such terrace. Busy towns 10 to 15 mins in either direction from parm-mar off lots to see but bigger and busier beaches with easy parking , and lots of fresh fish stalls the closer to the harbour you get. Well I could go on and on. Great holiday , loved it would recommend it and would like to go back . Thanks guys 10/10 👍
We had the most wonderful week in Palm Mar staying in this apartment. It had every possible thing you could have wished for. The bed was soooo comfy and we had fantastic sleeps for a whole week. Had the rooftop pool to ourselves which was great for reading and listening to our iPods. There are sufficient bars and restaurants within walking distance. We eat in most of them and the food was lovely. Chopsticks Chinese was particularly tasty. We did venture out and about but we were always glad to get back to the lovely apartment. Thank you Eileen. You have thought of everything and your apartment is a real credit to your care for the guests staying there.
Having stayed at this excellent apartment before, my husband and myself decided to return for another relaxing stay. The apartment is as good as our first visit, everything is spotlessly clean and in a good state of repair with everything that you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. Nothing has been forgotten. The views from the balcony over to La Gomera in the morning are just beautiful and in the evening you can sit and watch stunning sunsets with a glass of sangria that Eileen leaves for you amongst other much appreciated essentials. The bed is super comfortable and proves for a great night sleep. We had the pleasure of meeting Eileen and had a great night out with her at the fab Chinese restaurant chopstix, highly recommend it, visited four times in twelve days. Would also recommend Cafe Mences, Flamingo Bar and Pearls Pantry. There is so much more I could say about this place, we absolutely love Palm Mar for it's chilled out relaxing pace of life and near enough for a visit to other places on the Island. 'Wow was our first impressons of this beautiful apartment. It is a very luxurious place to stay, it has a beautiful comfortable queen size bed and deluxe ensuite. The sofa beds are very comfortable too. The kitchen is well equipped with every thing your'll need. Great t.v if your a bit of a telly addict like me, with BBC 1,2,3 and channel 4, lots of movie and music choice too. The balcony area is lovely too with a relaxing seating and table to eat your meals as the beautiful sun sets. It's a very peaceful apartment block as the town is very quiet, lovely if you want to get away from it all. The roof top pool again is very peaceful and we had to ourselves most of the time. We hired a car as we wanted to get about and we found this very useful to find a nice beach and to visit 'Los Christianos' of which is a busier town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definately go again and would recommend to friends.
Only 15 min from the airport and one junction before Los Cristianos, Palm Mar is located between a nature reserve and the Guaza mountain being tranquil and serene. Los Cristianos and Las Americas are only 5-7 miles away respectively. This quiet area has very little traffic, has a number of restaurants, bars and 3 mini markets all within a few hundred yards.
For the energetic the location is Ideal for hikers, horse trek riding, surfing, fishing, sailing, swimming, diving, but is also perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday and to enjoy the beauty of the Canarian coastline. Golfers can take advantage of the beautiful, quaint 9 hole Los Palos which is just 2 miles away, complete with driving range, putting green and a lovely cafeteria/bar at the entrance. Palm Mar is central to the South of Tenerife which makes almost every attraction and cultural sight within easy driving distance. In fact you can drive around the whole island in just two hours.

To book we require £100 deposit with full balance paid 6 weeks before departure. The security deposit is in case of breakages, loss or damage to furnishings, bedding, keys etc. The security deposit will be returned upon receipt of the keys and satisfactory property inspection following your holiday. Check in Is from 2.00pm on arrival and 12.00 noon on departure unless otherwise arranged with owners.
