This house, full of character, was built in 1830 with a floor area of 250 sq.m on three floors, and has been renovated with an eye to tradition. It has no neighbouring houses. There is a large plot of land on the adjoining property. The house stands out for its exposed beams, wooden staircases, wooden floors, and antique furniture. It has a 25-sq.m south-facing terrace, a traditional-style bread oven, and storage for ski and boots. The property is 2,500 sq.m. There is a superb and unobstructed view of the Romanche Valley and the mountains of Oisans, as well as ski runs, from Les Deux Alpes to Meije.

Ground floor: Vestibule, 22-sq.m kitchen, two bedrooms (double beds), bathroom with exposed stones, WC, and cellar.

First floor: two bedrooms with double beds, one of which has an additional single bed. The 50-sq.m living room has a sofa bed and dry stone walls. Bathroom, WC, and two mezzanines: one 30 sq.m in size facing the bedrooms, another of 40 sq.m with a south-facing balcony and bay windows, perfect for playing games or reading. Heating — built with an eye to comfort: two water heaters and a tiled room with an electrically-heated slab and a wood-burning stove. There is also an electrically-heated ceiling in the large bathroom, the entrance hall, one of the bedrooms, and the mezzanines. The other three bedrooms have radiators. The kitchen has a wood- or charcoal-burning stove and a radiator. The kitchen also has an all-purpose stove, gas and electric, with an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, sandwich press and coffee machine. There is a freezer in the cellar. Other amenities include television, internet and Wi-Fi. Many books, a video game console and various board games can be found in the mezzanine.

The house is very comfortable, in winter as well as summer. An ideal point of departure for all kinds of trips: small walks, mountain, road biking, mountain biking, cross country and downhill skiing.

c'est la deuxième année que nous venons. Chalet et propriétaire toujours aussi chaleureux et accueillant.

La salle de jeu et la vue de la mezzanine sont vraiment top!
