About Laurel Enloe

We purchased this property in October 2014. Two months were spent renovating and furnishing it with a goal of providing ourselves, and our guests, with a little bit of luxury and relaxation in a beautifully decorated space. We all deserve the best while on vacation. Sea La Vie --- our little piece of paradise.

Why Laurel Enloe chose Florida Central Gulf Coast

We fell in love with this peaceful and serene strip of sand on the gulf coast which also has several fun spots nearby to be social and meet new people. The sand is pristine, the water warm, blue, and beautiful. The privacy of the beach makes this the perfect spot for relaxation.

What makes this house unique

The thing we enjoy the most are the Views! The home has unobstructed ocean views from almost every room including the Kitchen, living and dining room areas as well as the master and guest bedrooms. Guests will enjoy high quality bedding, remodeled bathrooms, new washer and dryer, top of the line outdoor furniture, and fire pit for outdoor living at it's finest! Each of the 3 balconies provides special moments. Morning coffee on the rocking chairs outside the master suite is delightful. BBQ's, social gatherings, and sunsets on the second level deck are spectacular. Our favorite spot however is our own private beach on the ground level. We have cushioned lounge chairs to soak up the sun during the day and adirondack chairs circling a wood burning fire pit on the beach during the evenings. We hope our guests enjoy it like we do...

Sea La Vie -- throw your cares to the sea...and enjoy!

"So that's how the wealthy live"

We had a great time pretending to live the "highlife". We celebrated our 40th anniversary with our daughters and new granddaughter. We visited all the recommended restaurants in the area, Crabby Bills, the Pub, and Salt Creek and of course Kooky Coconuts. All were very tasty. The property was very clean and tastefully decorated which added to the beach house experience. We were told that we lucked out on the weather for early February. The whole week was clear and in the 70's. Over our week's stay, we chartered a fishing trip with Captain Tom on a perfect day, visited Fort DeSoto and John's Pass, Pier 60 in Clearwater, and took several beach walks morning and evening. All in all, a great Florida vacation. Now we have to figure out how to come back :-)

If the perfect beach house exists, THIS is it!

My husband and I spent the week between Christmas and New Years at Laurel's Indian Shores beach house. There is no possible way this review will do it justice, but I'll try to hit on the highest points.

We arrived to a sign that was written on the chalk board welcoming us by name to the house. We stepped into the kitchen and there was a yummy tin of Christmas cookies and a bottle of wine waiting for us! As we toured the house we fell more and more in love. She has thought of every detail down to a bucket filled with water on the deck to dip sandy feet into before entering the house. We planned on doing some sight seeing that week, but never even left the house, except to go the grocery store. Even then, we had to haggle over who had to leave to go to the store!

The house is very well kept. EVERYTHING was perfectly clean and believe me, I noticed. The listing and pictures were exactly as advertised, well, maybe not, the actual property was even better. Laurel was so very attentive. We only had to contact her once to get in because I had forgotten to send her the code I wanted her to set to the door, that was on me. The couple we went with have already decided they are bringing there entire family back next year.

Daily we spotted Dolphins from the deck or breakfast area! As far as what to do near by, we rented a kayak (a must) and bikes. They were delivered right to the unit. Loved the restaurants near by. Talked to several locals and were given some really good recommendations. The fire pit was used by us almost every night. We loved hearing the waves, seeing the stars, laughing, and watching the fire. Another feature we loved was more to do with how Laurel handles leftover items from the previous guests. There is a pantry type closet that has leftover non-perishables and you are welcome to use them, which we did, then left some of our own.

We would go back in a second. Great location, beautiful home, and a view you cannot beat.

Thanks, Laurel, for giving us some great memories!

Perfect stay

In short: Perfect house on a large, private lot in a gated, small community, right on the beach. Extremely well kept inside and outside, easy and friendly communication with owner as well as local representative before, during and after stay. Would not hesitate to stay again, and will definitely recommend. We were 4 adults and 3 kids, and easily fitted in.

Peaceful Getaway

This is our second stay at this property and once again, we were not disappointed. The property is well kept and fully stocked with appliances, etc., making our time very easy. The owners and their property managers are responsive and very professional. The hardest decision is deciding which porch or lounge chair to sit in! If you do get bored staring at the pristine water, birds and dolphins, the location gives way to many things to do for both families and young alike. This year we took in Universal Studios, the Zoo and the Aquarium. Thank you for a wonderful time and memories with our girls.
