Very comfortable apartment, close to shops, metro and the attractions of Paris.

Apartment is equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. Two comfortable double beds with balcony views, a good shower and fully equipped kitchen make for a great start to every day.

Good cafe's and bars at the end of the street too.

Great property in a great location

We had a great stay in this property, it had everything that we required traveling with a 2 year old. Great location, easy access to 2 different metro lines, supermarket on the ground floor with nice bars and restaurants in walking distance. Won't hesitate in returning to this property in the future.

Great for use as a base for sight seeing.

The apartment is well placed with a metro line just up the road and a super market and other shops close by. It is ideally placed for visiting all the city attractions.

You have always when you rent some flat in Paris (very expensive town for the renting)to keep in mind the quality of the flat /and it price .And ,FOR THE PRICE, if you compare our flat to the parisian market: we have a very good renting . If, like miss Princess-Rachael, you want to spend a little , and have something "festively decorated, charming, delicious, trendy, romantic, etc..." you may be a little bit disapointed...the true is : our flat is exactly what it is as well (in the advertisement), no less, no more, which is, moreover, very fine

Perfect retreat in the city!

We loved this apartment, and it was very easy to work with the owner, Boris! It was very clean and had everything we needed to make our own meals. There is no a/c, but it is not needed. Just open the sliding glass doors for fresh air when you return from a busy day. There is also a fan for each room.

The best thing about this apartment is the private terrace! We enjoyed coffee and breakfast every morning, and wine in the evening.

The building and apartment are both very secure. A key fob is used to get through the main entrance. Then you use it again to take the elevator or through a door if you choose the one flight of stairs. The apartment door has a very sturdy lock and has a five point lock system on the inside. Additionally, the floor to ceiling windows have rolling security shutters that close with the click of a button. All of the building inhabitants were very friendly with us.

The neighborhood is in the 10th and borders the 19th. We felt very safe in this area. The nearest metro is about a 3 minutes walk (Colonel Fabien), and the other is about a 7 minute walk (Bellville). The Lidl grocery store can be accessed right outside the apartment building. It's great for basic groceries. For better wine selection, we preferred the Franprix grocery store at Place du Colonel Fabien. We also enjoying dining twice at Les Cafe des Dames restaurant next to the Franprix.

The apartment has a small washing machine that works perfectly fine. If you want to wash and dry more, there is a clean self-service laundry mat directly across the street. Also, no need to pack a hair dryer. The one provided is full size and full powered.

We loved Paris and Boris' apartment, so we plan to return next year!

Beautiful apartment with helpful host

The apartment is just as posted. It's in a good, safe, and easily accessible location. We enjoyed being able to escape the touristy parts of Paris and found people in the neighbourhood a bit more friendly than other areas. The is a grocery store just downstairs of the apartment - perfect for getting anything you need for your stay.

The place itself was clean, reasonably spacious, and very well stocked with everything we needed. We loved sitting on the patio each morning with a cup of coffee and croissants from a nearby bakery.

Boris was very quick to respond to requests when booking, was waiting for us when we arrived, and gave us lots of very helpful advice, especially about local sites. Our damage depot was refunded quickly without any problems.

I would highly recommend this apartment.
