Very nice, functional, & roomy apt. within walking distance to everything. Nacho was very nice & professional.
A Mixed Bag
The apartment was clean and all the appliances were functional, including A/C, dishwasher and washing machine. The building is secure and quiet. The location is unbeatable: on a pedestrian-only street, walking distance to Sevilla's main tourist attractions, and directly across the street from a small grocery store.
The not so great: the mattress on the double bed is very firm; I found it uncomfortable, but my husband didn't mind it. There is some needed maintenance: dining room light bulbs were burned out, and there was a broken drawer on the entertainment center. There was some sort of bedspread thrown over the couch. My overall impression is that the apartment was set up as a vacation rental several years ago, and not much effort or money has been put into maintaining / improving it over the years.
Thank you for letting me know about the bulbs, I will change them as soon as possible, as well as the drawer in the living-room.
At first glanze apt appears clean, but that was not the case, bathroom tub was in need some cleaning, there were things that appears to be mold on grout. There were long black hair and dirt on corners on floors throughout the apt, appears as if floor were mop without sweeping it first.
Double bed mattress was very uncomfortable for two adults
There was construction renovation going on, on floor above. No way sleep past 08:30 hrs.
Overall location is great, apt just need a little tender loving care, to make it perfect.
I'm really sorry about this problem, I work with a serious cleaning company and as you can check in the rest of reviews this is not common at all.
I will offer you a compensation about it.
Apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean, fully equiped, and is so well situated! And so quiet though right in the center of Sevilla (apartment is on a pedestrian street). We only had 2 nights here, but we managed to see so much, because all the sights of the city was within walking distance. Perfect place to stay in Sevilla!!!!
Great apartment and great location
Lovely time in Sevilla. This apartment is perfect, close to all Sevilla attractions and comfortable place to stay. Owner was very responsive and thoughtful. Thank you so much!
The apartment was located in a very central location. We often walked to many of the sites like the Catherdral of Seville or Plaza de Espana without trouble.
The apartment itself was just OK. The wifi is only available in the living room area. There are many updates/maintenance that are needed in the apartment itself, but overall comfortable for a short stay. Nacho is very attentive to any questions you may have.
