Renovated in January 2013, with a beautiful view over the canal 'George's Dock', the apartment is perfect for visiting Dublin (all places of interest within walking distance) or as a base for day trips to other cities: Connolly Station (central Station metro / train) is less than 50m away. Busaras (Central Station bus) is 100m away.

ALL MOD CONS FOR A RELAXING HOLIDAY:

The apartment is on the 4th floor with lift, South facing, bright, and located in a private, safe and quiet block, built literally on the canal George's Dock. Supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, pharmacy, ATM etc. are just outside the gate.

All places of interest are within walking distance (eg. The Spire 8 mins, O'Connell Bridge 10 mins, Temple Bar 13 mins). The apartment comprises of: entrance hall, living room with balcony (table / chairs for 4 people, two seater leather couch, a double sofa bed (mattress width 140 cm), kitchenette (with washing machine and dryer), 1 bedroom (mattress width 152 cm) and bathroom (with shower enclosure 80x80cm and bidet .) Superb location in quiet safe area of city

Mauro was great with communication and all instructions worked well. Not only a safe and quiet location but also a beautiful setting. Great views from 4th floor. All you could need is in apartment . Public transport literally on doorstep and is an easy walking city. Grocery store nearby as well as restaurants and bars. Perfect base to explore city .

Good location- comfortable

Location was great, close to everything. We stayed 4 days, so it was convenient to have a kitchen. The price is reasonable for downtown Dublin. We did enjoy it.

Apartment needs a little update. The smell from the canal was not pleasant, possibly from a dry summer.

Perfect accomodations

The place was nice and worked out well for my wife and I as we visited Ireland for a week. Being so close to connolly train station made it easy to catch a train to Belfast. Obviously we were lucky the weather was so nice that we were able to walk a lot around the city from this location. Highly recommend.

Dublin in April

This was a small, efficient and perfect place for me and my son to stay while we traveled Dublin and beyond. It was nice that there was a door to the living room so it could feel a bit more like a bedroom at night. The beds were futons, which was fine for my 17-year-old son, but my much older back missed a softer mattress. The real gem of this apartment was the outdoor area, which proved to be a great location to plan our next visits and recap the days. We had a lot of unexpected sunshine so having this peaceful area was perfect. The location is really good. Just a block off O'Connell street, it is removed enough to be quiet and relaxing, but then the busier parts of the city are just steps away. The owner was easy to work with and made our arrival and departure easy and stress-free!!

I really recommend this apartment, excellent location, safe and silent condominium. The bed and sofa bed are comfortable, clean, good heating and has everything you need for a good stay. It is a sunny apartment, ideal for winter days.

Excellent location near the center of Dublin, very good transportation, bars, restaurants and supermarkets a walking distance.

Mauro answered immediately any doubts and he is very friendly.

If I go back to Dublin I would rent it again. Thank you Mauro very much.

The apartment is easily accessible from the airport in about 30 mins by bus (number 41) or by taxi (about 25/30 Eur). Alternatively, it is possible to arrange private transfer from / to the airport (please contact the owner)

DUBLIN BY NIGHT... AND BY DAY!

Dublin is renowned for its festive atmosphere and the friendliness of its people. The many lively pubs available in the city are usual destination for tourists looking for enjoyable hours and some "craic". But Dublin is not only nightlife... Many places are well worth a visit (Trinity College, the National Museum, the Botanic Garden, the shopping areas of Grafton Street and Henry Street etc.etc.) there is something for everyone!
