Nice Apartment, but.......

The apartment was nice and well presented, however, 1. there was no indication upon booking that there was a deposit to pay in cash. No details of which were on the App. 2. there was no indication upon booking that there was a cleaning fee, only after we had booked and hidden deep in an attachment. 3. no notification that construction was going on right next door and we got disturbed by drilling and banging from 0745 4. the agent was rude and only complained. We stripped the beds and cleaned up. Apparently we shouldn't have done. He shouted at us for moving towels that were on a chair, and for washing the dishes in the dishwasher. 5. we had to leave a day early due to a family emergency and he kept the money. 6. he was inflexible regarding check in and check out. Clearly he doesn't understand customer service.

Ostern mit Aussicht

Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit, der direkte Zugang zum Strand, die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer aus sind so grandios, das man auch deas ganze Wochenende auf dem Balkon hätte verbringen können. Die Fewo ist schön aufgeteilt und war für 5 Personen mit Hund genau richtig. Vielen Dank
