Clean but far from downtown center

Apartment is very clean and has a nice terrace. The kitchen is functional.

Nevertheless, the add of this apartment does not mention that it is located on the fourth floor and that the stairs are very narrow…it is hard to climb all the stairs with a heavy suitcase or after a day of excursion, and for sure it is not suitable for people with motor weaknesses. The rooms are small. The second bedroom has two superposed beds and not four beds on the floor level as indicated on the drawing of the apartment put on the homeway site, which makes the room looks much bigger than in reality. Finaly, it is a little far from downtown even if a bus leads you directly to the Cataloyna place (around 40 minutes drive)…

The owner was very nice, waiting for our arrival to give us the key.

We would recommend this place for 4 people…

BON RAPPORT QUALITE/PRIX

appartement propre proche de toutes commodité, boulangerie, superette, métro, bus situé dans un quartier calme, la nuit, mais très passant la journée.

la terrasse très agréable avec son barbecue.

Parc Güell a 10 min à pied. Toutes les visites sont payantes et très chers, je vous recommande de faire le Bus touristique (chers) mais incontournable pour visité la ville en une journée.

APPARTEMENT TRES BIEN ET BIEN SITUE

Appartement très agréable, très propre, avec tous les produits basiques tels que : sel, poivre, sucre, filtre, pdt vaisselle, papier toilette, savon dans la salle de bain, très appréciable. La literie est très confortable et les lits faits à notre arrivée, on apprécie aussi le linge de toilette. Terrasse très sympa surtout pour le barbecue.

Appart très bien situé, proche de toutes commodités : boulangerie au pied de l'immeuble, boucherie, superette à 5 min, bus et station de métro à 10 min (à droite en sortant de l'immeuble descendre jusqu'à la rue principale, prendre à gauche l'entrée est devant vous). Petit conseil : prendre les tickets dans la station de métro au distributeur automatique, par carnet de 10 ou 50, ils sont aussi valables pour le bus.

L'appartement est situé sur les hauteurs de la ville et à 10 min du Parc Guell, à faire absolument (conseil prendre vos tickets avant et choisissez l'heure et le jour de votre visite.

Le parking est en plus mais indispensable car difficile de trouver une place pour se garer.

Le seul hic à mon avis c'est que Jessica ne parle pas français comme précisé dans l'annonce.

Je vous recommande cet appartement pour 4 ou 6 personnes, la deuxième chambre ayant 2 lits côte à côte + 2 lit superposés.

Un appartement agréable et bien équipé dans un quartier sur les hauteurs de la ville, près du Parc Guell. Toutes les commodités à proximité: petits commerces, bus, station de métro. Nous conseillons vivement de prendre l' option garage car il est difficile de trouver une place de stationnement.
