¨ I wake up and see the sea, the Cathedral, Bellver Castle, ... The Bay of Palma, Sailing Club, boats, entering and leaving the port. "It's amazing to see this from my terrace, breakfast or Buffs with these wonderful views "in the afternoon shopping for ice cream or stroll along the promenade. With people playing sports, walking, enjoying the evening ... I have restaurants, bars and discotheques known internationally, without having to take the car and thus be able to have fun with my friends who have traveled with me. "I want to live in the Paseo Maritimo of Palma"
Apartment was very clean and recently renovated, ie. everything was as new. We heard no noise from the other apartments but there is some traffic noise, however. It didn't bother us and we could sleep just fine. Nearby there are cafes, bars etc and the Porto Pi shopping mall is literally next door. There you can find a huge supermarket for example. It felt a safe neighborhood and there are busstops nearby. View was stunning over the marina. We were travelling with two small kids and the apartment was good for families. There are some steps downstairs to reach the building but I could handle the buggy even by myself through the stairs. There are two lifts in the building so you don't have to wait long for a ride. The only negative thing with this apartment was the low railing in the balcony, it is easy for a child to fall if left on the balcony unmonitored. There is also a pool area, which was quiet and clean and we always found available sun beds as well. There is not a kids' pool but our 4-year old could stand in the other end where the pool was shallower. In the apartment you can find all kinds of amenities, eg. a Nespresso machine, microwave/grill, water boiler, toaster, har dryer etc. - we didn't lack anything. Overall, we had no complaints and enjoyed our stay!
We were very satisfied with the Apartment. Everything new and stylish, very clean, well equipped, beautiful view, nice pool, nice neighbours, close to shops and Restaurants/Bars...and so on. Highly recommended!!!

Très bien aménagé. Le propriétaire a pensé à tout : cafetière Nespresso avec des capsules, kit de ménage complet pour la cuisine ; dans la salle de bains, gel douche, lait pour le corps, shampoing et kit brosse à dent sont prévus (comme dans un hôtel 4*). Appartement aménagé avec goût. Convient pour 4 personnes. Bien situé, loin du tumulte du vieux Palma. Je vous le recommande vivement.
Sono stata poco fa in questo appartamento e mi sento veramente di consigliarlo. E' collegato benissimo sia alle spiagge che al centro di palma,e' del tutto moderno ed e' meglio di come appare in foto,fornito di ogni optional. il proprietario e' una persona squisita e ci ha agevolato moltissimo il soggiorno dandoci indicazioni e consigli . E' un ottimo appartamento lo consiglio vivamente!
L'appartement est tout neuf et cristallinement propre. Bien equippe et meuble. Le systeme de climatisation "chaleur / froid" sers au comfort particulier des hotes. L'isolation des bruits est tres bonne. La situation est parfaite pour un sejour tres agreable: romantique ou familial. La vue magnifique du balcon au 12-me etage sur la ville couvre toutes ses curiosites: la cathedrale, le port et tout le rest. Il est important a noter aussi la proximite immediate au plus grand centre commerciale Porto Pi et la pleine disponibilite de parking dans la rue. Les proprietaires sont hospitaliers et tres attentifs aux besoins des hotes.
The apartment is recently renovated and cristally clean. Well equiped and furnished. AC system "heat / cool" provides particular comfort for the guests. The sound-prooving is also good. The location is perfect for a pleasant staying: both romance or family. The amazing view from the 12th floor balcony covers all the curiosities of the city: the cathedral, the port and all the rest. It's important to point out as well its immediate proximity to the biggest shopping center Porto Pi and full availability of parking places in the street. The owners are hospitable and friendly to the guest's needs.
