Great place, had the essentials!

Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the deadbolt didn't lock. The hotel-style door did automatically, but the deadbolt was broken, which was not ideal for 2 women staying the weekend.

Nice Condo, but needs a little TLC

Beautiful condo great location just minutes walk to downtown. But main toilet didn't flush properly, not all tv's worked and found the loft very hot.

Other than those few problems everything was as advertised. The one hot tub was so close and convenient. The complex had three hot tubs and one heated pool.

We really enjoyed our stay, don't know what else there is to say.

Owner's Response: Thanks for staying in our condo. I'm so sorry about the toilet not flushing properly (!). I really appreciate you letting me know... I called the plumber today and it will be fixed tomorrow. Sorry to hear about the hassle with the TV too... it was an issue once before and I thought between myself and the SHAW guy, we had it sorted out. Two guests having trouble is 2 too many! I'll be ordering a new television tonight. I hope these hassles didn't deter your pleasure of the grandeur of the mountains. Thanks again for your reservation, and your honest feedback.

Comfortable Accommodations for Six Adults

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend with our adult sons and their partners. The six of us were very comfortable in the condo. The high ceilings and the loft made the place feel very open. The lay-out of the unit was perfect for us, with comfortable sitting areas and a good sized kitchen that didn't feel cramped with six adults moving around. The fireplace, pool and hot tub were all well appreciated after the day of skiing. The two beds were very comfortable whereas the sofa bed was adequate for the weekend. Indoor parking was a bit tight for a half-ton but we were always able to find space. The unit was adjacent to the stairwell so access from the parade and moving around in the building to the pool area and front door was easy. Parking outside, on the street, was available but be prepared to walk a bit. We were surprised how quiet the building was despite its size and the number of families staying over the weekend. Carrie was responsive and the check-in/out was quick. Our refund was processed as promised. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Family Getaway

My Wife & 2 kids - 4 & 2 - recently spent a relaxing weekend in this super clean and well appointed Canmore Condo. The hot tub in the building was very convenient. and the main pool and hot tub (steps away across at the main building) was even better! Underground - heated parking was super convenient. Check in / out process was super smooth and easy.

Our hostess, Carrie, was eager to help choose our activities in the vicinity.. We'll be back!

Family weekend away

Went to Canmore with my husband and 2 kids (age 2 and 4) This is an awesome condo! WELL stocked with everything you need. Fantastic comfy beds. Kids loved the pool and hot tubs (yes, even heated outdoor pool in winter!!) Lots of space and immaculately clean! Heated parking and quick, easy check in and out. I walked to downtown Canmore in about 15 min. Hostess, Carrie, was lovely, and super helpful on what to do and see in the vicinity:)
