The apartment is in the Malagueta’s neiborhood, at 50 meters from the sea, with all the shops you need at 300 meters. Supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants at 100 meters. You don’t need the car to find everything you look for.

You can go to visit the most interesting places by walk, crossing the nice 'Paseo del Parque' with his botanical garden. La Alcazaba, the roman theater, Picasso’s museum, Thyssen’s museum, the cathedral or the characteristic Larios’ street, all these places are really near. You can also enjoy the Muelle Uno, the new leisure area located inside the harbour, with all kinds of restaurants and shops.

The apartment is located in the 3d floor of a building with a lift. Inside, you’ll enjoy the air-conditioned/heating, television LED, Internet connection (WIFI). Its 3 big windows pointed to the morning sunshine provide you lots of natural light and views to the beach. Two bedrooms admit comfortably 4 adults or a couple with 2 children. There are a double bed and two single beds. The kitchen is fit in the living-room and it’s well equipped. The living-room gives to a balcony from which you have a nice view on the coast.

Lovely apartment and location the best!

My husband & I stayed here for approx. one month Feb-Mar 2016. Our adult daughter joined us for 10 days mid-way through our time there. Location is excellent...right across from the beach with 3 large picture windows to enjoy the brilliant sunshine.

The owner Angel was our contact, who patiently waited for us at the Malaga airport while we were trying to sort out lost luggage. He also helped us out with the communication to arrange for the delivery of the luggage. Ángel was kind enough to drive us to the train station as we were running late. Angel is very reliable and pleasant to deal with.

We walked everywhere...the port, the walkway beside the beach, Alcazaba, Malaga central, etc. We enjoyed getting our fresh food at the market most days. Eating tapas at lots of different places was one of the highlights for us while in Spain.

There is a grocery store & bakery a 5 minute walk from the apartment that we used regularly.

We took bus day trips to Ronda, Granada/Alhambra and Gibraltar. They were very convenient and reasonably priced. There are more places that we would like to see and need to come back again!

We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great apartment, great location

We rented the apartment for a three month period this winter and could not have been happier. It was clean, it was bright, it was fully equipped, and had a grocery store and pharmacy almost on the doorstep. The apartment is just as pictured, and the views, especially the sunrises, were spectacular. There is a heating system which we appreciated on chilly mornings and evenings, as well as duvets for the beds. The historic center is a 12 minute walk away, and the bus, if you want to use it, stops at the end of the street. Angel was an attentive host, and the little problems we encountered were dealt with immediately. Several good restaurants within a four block range, as well as chiringuitas along the paseo, and an asador on Calle Fernando Camino for BBQ chickens if you don't want to cook. We highly recommend this apartment.....and hope to go back again.

"This apartment goes with our high recommendations. The location is perfect, and frankly, I''ve never rented such a clean, well-kept apartment. The view to the Malagueta beach takes a breathe away. Supermarket is just next door.

The owner was very kind and helpful. Especially the needs of our 2 kids were perfectly met. Not often you meet such a sympathetic landlord."

"The apartment is very well located, close to the city centre and by the sea. The sunrise is beautiful from the balcony and can even be seen from the bed. The place is fully equipped, the kitchen very functional, it is easily reachable and perfect for 4 persons or less. There are many shops and restaurants in the area. The owner was very serious and trustworthy. It was a lovely holiday in Malaga also due to the nice lodging place."

Vi er en familie med to voksne barn, og vi ønsket oss alle i år å oppleve en by med "varme". Og rikelig med varme opplevde vi både i luften og blandt menneskene. Utleier møtte oss ved nærmeste busstopp, og fulgte oss til leliigheten selv om vi var nokså forsinket utpå kvelden. Kom til en ren og koselig lelighet, der vi trivdes godt under oppholdet. Masse å oppleve rett utenfor døren. Guidet dagstur til Gibraltar ble det også tid til, fantastisk.

If you arrive by plane, the airport is at 12 km, the route on taxi is more or less 15mn and it costs 25 euros (it depends on the hour and the traffic). You can also take the bus A Express (L-75). In this case, the route is 25mn and there is a bus each 30mn. No bus during the night. The last stop is in Plaza del General Torrijos (nearby the town hall) it means 6mn by feet from the apartment.

As well as enjoying the city, its sights and museums, its tapa bars or good restaurants, the lively night-life in the centre or the 'chiringuitos' where you can eat fish on the beach itself, you can also venture along the coast - its harbours and promenades or some of the delightful, white villages inland that I shall be pleased to recommend on your arrival. If you have time, cities such as Granada (1 hour), Cordoba (1½ hours) or Seville (2 hours) await you with their many attractions. If you like playing golf, the nearest course is 15 kilometres away, but there are many other interesting activities such as a visit to the prize-winning zoo at Fuengirola, the dolphinarium at Selwo Marina or the crocodile-park at Torremolinos. There is more fun to be had at aquaparks, perhaps playing paintball, go-karting, diving, learning to kite-surf, practising naturism, hiring bikes, hiking, enjoying Málaga's botanical garden or a relaxing massage at the nearby Arab baths.
