The spacious lounge has two sofa beds and the separate conservatory area has a dining table and chairs for six. One bathroom and 2 WCs. A fully fitted kitchen & private villa parking. The kitchen is fully fitted with brand new appliances including a fan oven and halogen hob, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. There is a breakfast bar which allows you to look across the lounge to enjoy the sea view beyond. The garden is extremely sunny and encircles the villa allowing you to enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset. The whirligig enjoys full sunlight throughout the day allowing fast drying of washing. The villa has outdoor seating for six pus sun parasol and extra table and chairs for further seating. There are various games including Monopoly, Scrabble and Poker, plus table tennis bats and balls for the ping-pong table housed in the pool complex. The upstairs balcony has a marble table and chairs to enjoy the view. The bathroom has a bath, shower, basin and WC and there is a separate WC and basin downstairs. The water pressure is extremely good. Excellent satellite TV and selection of DVDs. Private key for outdoor swimming pools and tennis court.
