A single rented apartment in the villa owners, clear and sunny calm conditioning, sea view balcony fitted the Cannes bay and the islands of Lérins pictures No. 1 making the inside of the room has food. A swimming pool and spa face has the sea.

Excellent property with stunning views

This has been the best property I have rented in the south of France. It's modern with all mod cons, with a stunning view of the coastline. The owners we're discrete and very helpful. The pool was a good size which also looked out to the sea. Air con throughout made it very comfortable. Would recommend highly.

Beautiful view

We enjoyed very much our stay in Le Trayas and we would've liked to be able to stay longer, because there is so much to see and so much do in the area.

The apartment is located on the last flour of the owners' house, but has a separate entrance, so the guests do have the needed privacy. The bedrooms are much smaller than I expected and are separated by a thin wall through which you can hear almost every noise. The living and dinning area is very large, beautifully furnished and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The balcony offers a splendid view of the coast, therefore having breakfast on that balcony was a perfect way to start our every day.

Le Trayas is close to Cannes and to the entrance to the highway (about 20 minutes). The house is located on a pretty steep hill, so a car is really necessary to be able to make the journey up and down every day.

At the base of this hill there is a beautiful calanque with red stones on the beach and perfectly clear water. Not far away, in the town of Théoule-sur-Mer, there is another nice beach and even the long, sandy beach of Cannes is pretty close.

The owners are lovely people, who seam to be always smiling. It is a real pleasure to talk to them, but it really helps if you know French. They greeted us with coffee and tee and even a home made cake. Thank you very much for everything!

PARFAIT!!!

Accueil génial, les propriétaires nous ont accueillis comme des rois, malgré notre heure très tardive (1h du matin). Toujours très souriants, très gentils sans pour autant être intrusifs, nous avons passé une semaine géniale. Même notre bébé de 10 mois a été servi comme une reine (chaise haute, lit bébé, serviette de bain,..). Nous recommandons cette location sans la moindre hésitation: détente assurée!

Super accueil, super cadre

L'accueil était super, malgré notre arrivée tardive (1h du matin): petit café, vin rosé et moelleux au chocolat nous attendait à notre arrivée.

Au petit matin, la piscine était installée avec matelas pneumatiques gonflés et serviettes de bains pour tout le monde, sans oublié le frigo et la machine à café.

Tout était prévu pour notre petite fille de 10 mois, lit à barreaux, chaise haute et même une serviette de plage Hello Kitty.

A 10 minutes à pied d'une superette, 15 minutes de la premiere crique et 20 minutes de la première plage. Autant dire qu'en voiture, on y est en 2 minutes.

Le cadre est magnifique, et la vue de la terrasse et de la piscine à débordement (avec son bain à remou) donnant sur la mer nous a permis de contempler de super levé de soleil.

Les 2 chambres à couché ne sont pas énormes, mais suffisante et le séjour (salon, salle à manger, cuisine équipée) est spacieux et très agréable.

Le seul bémol, c'est qu'en septembre le soleil se couche plus rapidement, la terrasse et la piscine passait donc à l'ombre vers 15h. Obligé donc de partir à la plage pour pouvoir continuer à profiter du soleil.

Mais en 2 mots, je vous recommande grandement cet appartement.

A recommander !

Nous étions deux couples et un bébé de 1 an. Nous avons adoré cette villa !

Appartement très propre, spacieux et très bien équipé. (La climatisation est un atout majeur dans cette région)

La piscine est magnifique avec vue sur la mer, la petite de 1 an s'est éclatée.

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, agréables et très discrets.

On pourrait presque ne pas sortir de la villa tellement on s'y sent bien !

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances super et nous y reviendrons sûrement dès que possible.

Un petit coucou à Valentine et Alfred !!

Un petit coin de paradis

Très belle location que nous recommandons vivement!

L'appartement est situé dans un domaine très calme!

Les photos correspondent très bien au logement, et la vue est encore plus belle en vrai! Nous y avons passé un super séjour!!

Les propriétaires sont très sympatiques, très discrets!

Les alentours (Miramar, Théoule, Cannes,...) sont très appréciables, la proximité des plages est un plus! (à peine 10 minutes en voiture)
