appartement lumineux , avec un bel espace , toutes les commodités , avec vue lointaine sur la mer , les halles à ne pas rater , à conseiller si on aime le calme , boulangerie à proximité ainsi qu'un petit resto.

Tolle Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung, leider ohne Klimaanlage, dafür 1 Stern Abzug

+ Tolle Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung, sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Parken kein Problem, nettes Kaffee im Gebäude.

- Klimaanlage stand in der Wohnungsbeschreibung, gibt es aber nicht.

Nachts lüften war teilweise sehr laut durch durchgängiges Hundegebell bis in den Morgen

(vielleicht ist irgenwo in der Umgebung ein Tierheim, kann mir das ansonsten nicht

erklären)

Großer Fernseher im Wohnzimmer ist vom Bild her bei vielen Programmen gestört

(Schneegestöber), hat uns aber nicht so sehr gestört, da keine deutschsprachigen

Programme, haben wir auch nur wenig fern gesehen.

Mein Fazit: Wer eine große Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung sucht, einen Mietwagen hat um an den Strand zu fahren, hat hier eine schöne Unterkunft.

Owner's Response: l'appartement n'est pas équipé de climatisation car il est très bien exposé au 3eme etage et bien ventilé. je trouve pour ma part que la ventilation naturel est plus saine.

Excellent séjour

Très bel et très spacieux appartement. Situé dans un immeuble récent, il bénéficie d'une excellente situation dans un quartier encore en construction, à trois minutes à pied des commerces et à dix minutes du centre. Une belle terrasse permet de profiter de la vue sur la mer au loin. Un accueil parfait d'Antoinette la belle-sœur du propriétaire.
