BRAND NEW POOL! Located directly on Santa Rosa Sound, this elevated home offers outstanding views of beautiful Santa Rosa Sound, and a large covered balcony on which to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverage and soak in the scenery. Barbecue gas grill on deck. A large backyard leads to steps into the gently lapping waters of the sound, which are ideal for swimming, boating, kayaking and so much more. 6 bikes, 2 adult kayaks and 2 child kayaks provided for guests use!

Entry into the home is upstairs. The kitchen is a nice size with plenty of space for food preparation and a bar area for those wishing to socialize with the chef. The master bedroom offers a king bed and private bath. There is an additional bedroom with one full bed, one twin bed, and a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. There are two additional bedrooms with one full bed and the other bedroom has one queen bed and there is one additional bedroom with two full beds. These four bedrooms have access to the two common area bathrooms.

The white sands of beautiful Pensacola Beach are a short three to four block walk across the island, about 10 minutes at a leisurely pace. Event friendly for up to 35 people.

Celebration of Tristan Penn’s Life

It was the 1 year anniversary of my granddaughters passing from leukemia at 19. We all Gathered to celebrate her life. Perfect place do this event because she loved the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location, Location! This home was clean and nicely decorated. stocked with everthing we needed. (the Bike tires could use air but otherwise everything was great). We enjoyed the Kayaks, beach toys and pool floats...Thanks. The location on the bay was awesome. The kids could get in the water right out front to swim...when they were not busy in the pool. The ride to the beach was short and we spent time jumping in the surf as well. We were close to restaurants, but enjoyed being in a quiet neighborhood for peace and quiet. Lovely, Lovely, thanks!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental was just okay..We would not stay again, however. The wi-fi never worked. When we turned on the sink in one of the bathrooms, old hair shavings shot out the faucet.. weird. The toilets were slow to flush. Everything else was fine. The style could use some help.The pool was a great feature. My guests complained about it being too warm (I liked that it was, personally). The dock was a nice feature.The Bluetooth speaker by the pool was a nice bonus. The biggest upset was the wi-first. Oh, and the fridge! Could've been cleaned better and the raw fish scent hit you soon as you opened the door. The baking soda in the box wasn't helping too much.
