Within the 3 Valleys ski area (Val Thorens, Courchevel, Meribel), the biggest in the world, splendid duplex apartment, located on the foot of the slopes.. Premium quality. Renovation of luxury. The apartment has just to be completely renovated. It is brand new. Apartment for 6 people, with 3 separate rooms and a spectacular view from the terace, facing south.

Situated in the heart of the village of Val Thorens, in one the prettiest street, Soleil street, very calm, and far enough from the noisy bars.

Ideal location on skis. Just opposite the building: ski schools, ski passes, daycare, children nursery, bakery, equipment rental, restaurants, shops, etc.

Everything is on foot in the station, a real plus, especially with children.

Conceived by its owners as a modern chalet, this apartment all wood and natural stone, was designed in a usability concerns, aesthetics and functionality. It is located on the 4th floor.

The sleeping area is upstairs, with 3 separate bedrooms, privacy guaranteed. No sleeping in the lounge. High quality bedding with duvets in all rooms.

2 bedrooms with double beds of 140 and 1 room with bunk beds 90. Each room, very cozy, has a flat screen, and one of them a DVD player.

Living room with flat screen TV and DVD player. The owners provide you with many DVD in English and French, for adults and children.

The living room has immense clarity thanks to its large bay window giving access to the terrace, facing south, where the view of the mountains and the slopes, is really beautiful.

Free high-speed WIFI in the apartment.

A ski locker is located in the ground floor of the building.

JOLI APPARTEMENT. TRES APPRECIE

Vraiment nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'emplacement est le meilleur dans la station et tout n'est qu'à quelques minutes de marche. L'appart est très bien décoré et le petit déjeuner offert à l'arrivée fut un vrai plus !! Merci !
