Marina&Golf. Villa in Port Adriano / El Toro, close to Santa Ponsa, between Portals and Port d'Andraitx, 15 km away from Palma de Mallorca by expressway and road. Located in a quite surrounded area during both, night and day periods, even in Summer. It has the benefits of every sort of facilities as beaches, marina bay, golf courses, private clubs, sports, church, medical centre , pharmacy, supermarket and various shops, as well as bars and restaurants of different styles and qualities. This villa is located on a cliff facing the West, with fantastic views over the sea from every single bedroom and terrace in the house. This very modern house offers an avant-garde decoration and building concepts as optical cabling, bioclimatic optmization,... and its architecture and construction is based on minimalistics statements.

The mega-loft. The house has an street level entrance where we can find parking place for three to five cars, as well a chill out terrace with massage&hot water bath facilities, plus a hudge full equiped barbequeue & oven-kiln also for solarium and parties, summarizing a total of 500 sq metres. Due to the fact that the entrance remains on the top floor, the villa has an absolute privacy from external viewers. The inside is based on a loft concept, with open rooms and glass decoration items. All shadow roofs are automatic.

As we go downstairs we have the night level, which consists on the port side of two single bedrooms -upgradeable to twin-, one double bedroom, a full equiped gym, and a big bathroom. On the starboard we have the master bedroom of 80 m2, with massaged water bed and two walk-in wardrobes, en-suite twin bathroom, jacuzzi, and inside garden, and Panic Room (never in 10 years had a single use).

Going down again you reach the day level, with an inox decoration kitchen with sitting breakfast place, a washing room, a toilet on the stern, and on the for we have two open study rooms, 2 living rooms and one dining room, pets house, cinema & game space, as well as equiped covered terraces. An elevator from the port terrace ups to the chill out at the level street. Normally it's used for gods and heavy things, but can eventually carry persons.

Again if we go one more floor downstairs, we can find the swiming pool with solarium, and a multipurpose espace with a full equiped spa, winter heated pool&big party room (configurable ) of 100 sqm, equiped for parties.

From there onwards several terraces with 300 sq m2tres alkable gardens, which looks like if you where walking by a boat board. Its remarcacable the Zen Space in the last terrace, with a twin external bed and stones-ligthed garden.

For reaching the seaside there is an external stair, but has not beach or private deck for boats, because it's on open waters.

As there are two different laws for rental, either short or long term, one with a signed contract (29/94, residential) and the other without a contract (06/17, turistical), you will be asked to sign a very short resident contract when you arrive. You can be resident from 1 day to all your life. If any question I'll send copy before.

What makes this villa unique

Port Adriano it's maybe the best location of the island, near to Palma, surrounded by golf courses, marinas, beaches, with all services. Very near from forests and of course, the open waters. Absolute individuality, nobody can see anything from inside, no neighbourgs,...

After you pass through my house as a gypsy tribe, in only 2 days, leaving all dirty and with any care, I had a full week to get back the villa at their state. I can hold that, and said nothing, you ask me to refund part of the money for your last changes in your scheduled flights, I did that and you make such a review! Well, up to you, but I also review your uncivilized behavior as the worst guest of this year. I don't mind if you make parties or if you join dozens of people in a great spree, I could expect that from a group of young hooligans, and this will be if you want the title of your description If other owner read this. I'm very disappointed about your hooligan's attitude.

The most beautiful house overlooking the Med in Mallorca

I've been renting houses on VRBO and Air BnB for quite some time now and this is by far the best experience I've ever had. What an amazing house and what a great Value. The house was very spacious and the views were stunning. An amazing pool, music room, etc. it simply doesn't get any better than this. Bartolome was the best host and was even kind enough to give us a ride to the airport because our taxi cancelled. The best!

Sehr entäuschend

Diese Haus erscheint auf den ersten Eindruck ja sehr schön und sogar imposant.

Insgesamt ist es aber leider eine einzige Enttäuschung.

Es ist völlig verwohnt und man hat das Gefühl, dass seit Jahrzehnten nichts investiert wurde. Zudem war das Haus wirklich nicht sauber.

Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind keine Schlafzimmer, sondern eher "Schlafzonen" - völlig offen zum ganzen Haus - ohne Türen, ohne Privatsphäre.

Die zwei weiteren Schlafzimmer als Schlafzimmer zu bezeichnen ist lächerlich. 5 Quadratmeter große Kammern mit jeweils 2 einzelnen Betten die sogar noch quer zueinander stehen und auch noch auf unterschiedlichen Höhen.

So etwas erwarte ich vielleicht in einer Jugendherberge, aber mit Sicherheit nicht in so einem Haus.

Keine Fliegengitter, keine Klimaanlage - an Schlafen war in diesen Kammern nicht zu denken.

Die Badezimmer/Toiletten haben Glastüren, die man nicht abschliessen kann - "keine Privatsphäre" scheint das Grundmotto dieses Hauses zu sein.

In der Küche waren 80% der Gläser nicht sauber und den Rest haben wir lieber gar nicht erst angeschaut.

Der Pool war leicht grün, auch nicht sauber und reingegangen ist daraufhin dann auch keiner mehr.
