In front of the mountains, we invite you to come and enjoy your stay in an independent and quiet apartment situated at the 1st floor of our house.

This 1 bedroom apartment of 35 m2 is classified three stars.

The living room looks South to the nature and its balcony will offer you a 180° view on the mountains and our garden.

The kitchen area, modern and functional was reorganized at the end of 2010.

The bedroom which looks the East mountains, is comfortable and warm with its cupboard in old larch.

The bathroom is bright and functional.

Ideal for a couple of walkers, cyclists or, simple strollers.

You will have at your disposal the garden with its apple trees, its barbecue, a closed bike garage and a parking space in the courtyard behind the house.

At 400m or 5mn walk from the city center, the shops and the numerous summer animations will be easily accessible.

Very nice apartment

This was a very nice first floor apartment with separate bedroom and balcony looking out over the mountains. Shower was excellent and kitchen was well equipped. Lots of parking out the front and a short walk into the bustling town of Barcelonette which has a decent sized supermarket. Martine was very friendly and spoke excellent English. As we were there to walk she was able to help direct us to some lovely routes. We went in September when the chair lifts etc had stopped for the summer so if this interests you, best to go in July or August.

Mountain view

Well-equipped newly refurbished apartment (modern kitchen, owen, microwave, wifi, TV, shower, WC). 10 min walking distance to citycenter. An excellent base for road cycling with a number of mountain passes nearby. Owner shows great hospitality. Parking in the yard, bikes can be kept in the garage. Balcony with mountain view. Overall a pleasant experience.

Tax and electricity is charged separately, 20-30€. Bring your own bed sheets.

We are pleased you enjoyed our house with wonderfull wiev on the mountains, and you could bike on the most exciting mountain passes of the area : Bonette, Allos, Cayolle, Vars ! Concerning the charges, each tourist has to pay the Taxe de Sejour for the community of the valley 1 euro/night/person for a *** flat in 2014 ; it's an obligation for the landlord.

Une location parfaite pour découvrir Barcelonnette

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement très bien situé, bien exposé, parfaitement équipé.On peut utiliser son portable grâce à la Wifi, parfait ! De plus nos hôtes sont charmants et discrets, mais donnent de bons conseils si on en a besoin.On dispose d'un beau balcon et on peut aussi s'installer dans le jardin, très agréable. La ville et la région valent vraiment le voyage.

Location tout à fait conforme à la description

Un excellent séjour . L'appartement est soigné et très propre et les propriétaires à la fois discrets et de bon conseil . Nous avons eu le bonheur de dîner tous les soirs sur le balcon qui surplombe le jardin verdoyant avec une vue qui se prolonge jusqu'à la montagne .

Ce jour, 18/10, nous avons encore, déjeuné dans le jardin face aux montagnes sous un ciel incroyablement bleu mais... les couleurs des arbres ont changé , les tons dorés ont fait place au vert estival et la neige couronne désormais toutes les montagnes. Nous sommes en train de relooker l’appartement, peintures fraîches et une belle vieille armoire en noyer dans le séjour pour caser toute la vaisselle... Bon hiver dans l'Est de la France. bij aankomst werden wij hartelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw en gastheer . heel behulpzaam en geweldig lieve mensen in de omgang .zeker de moeite waard om nog eens terug te gaan. ook het woning. was prima in orde .fris en netjes onderhouden.
