Séjour inoubliable! Maison très agréable et conforme à la description de l'annonce. Les 2 plages proches nous ont permis de belles journées. Internet et Wifi de bonne qualité. Le jardin permet dans le calme des bains de soleil et une sieste sur les transats très confortable.

Chambres spacieuses et literie confortable. Donc que des plus pour ce séjour de trois semaines.

Location

When arriving from Paris or Rennes, take the first exit on the motorway after Saint-Brieuc, direction Saint-Laurent de la Mer/Le Légué. Turn right at the stop sign and follow the signs Saint-Laurent de la Mer. When arriving at Saint-Laurent de la Mer, turn left at the stop sign. Continue straight for 300m, leave the cross on the right and just after at the fork turn right, direction Pointe du Roselier. You will find the house on your right at 150/200m.

Beautiful sand beach and aquatic sports center of les Rosaires at 5km. Fishing at Martin at 2km. Sailing at Binic -a typical local fishing harbour- at 12km. Tennis (outdoor & indoor), horse-riding and golf (18 holes) close by. Trekking along the cost("chemin des douaniers").

Several gastronomical restaurants within 10km.

Many remarkable sites within short drive. East of Saint-Brieuc : famous Mont Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan and the Rance Valley, Cap Fréhel and Cap d'Erquy. West of Saint-Brieuc : Paimpol, Bréhat Island, Perros-Guirec and Cost of Granit Rose.
