Stunning views to one of the best and biggest beaches of the Costa del Sol, and the beach is only 10 meters from the house: you can enjoy a magnificent terrace of 90 meters front to the sea, with BBQ. In the surroundings of the house there is a language school, a riding school, a surf school, a kite surfing school and paragliding and climbing area. Nearby is the Añoreta golf course. 5 minutes from the naturist beaches of Almayate. Also in the immediate vicinity is the Flamenco Studies Center. You are close to the motorway that connects to the east coast, just 20-30 minutes from Torrox and Nerja and the beautiful white villages of Axarquia (Frigiliana, Competa, Sayalonga, Comares, La Viñuela, etc ...) that Have Wine Museums and gastronomic routes. Possibility of renting cars, bicycles and even chauffeur for gastronomic, oenological and cultural routes. You are also close to the motorway that connects to the west coast, you can go to Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Marbella Ronda and Puerto Banus, in just 30-40 minutes. If you want to visit the nearby cities can go to Granada in 50 minutes by car. Tarifa (Cádiz) is an option which is an hour and 20 minutes drive. Possibility to go to all these destinations by bus.Cordoba and Seville are 40 minutes by AVE (high speed train), Possibility of renting bicycles and cars, even with chauffeur to go to the gastronomic, oenological and cultural routes. I acquired this property because of its location by the sea, its views of the beach and the tranquility of the surroundings. The house at first, was fitted for family residence and is therefore fully equipped.

Apartamento perfecto para 6 personas o mas

La relación Calidad-Precio es muy buena. El apartamento es espacioso, tal y como sale en las fotos. No hay trucos. El ducño, Joaquin, se pone a tu disposición para lo que necesites, aunque seguramente no necesites nada: Dispone de Mantas, edredones, toallas y la cocina esta mas que equipada. Incluso, a modo de recepcion, te deja fruta y vino de Malaga.

Completamente recomendable para visitar la Axarquía, Granada y Malaga.

As advertised and more.

Very small town, everything in walking distance. Best balcony and terrace in town. Google translator helped to communicate with very helpful owner, Joaquin. Whole town has only internet from 3G wireless cellular companies. Is not fast by any standard, but you on vacation not for watching movies on your computer.

Some noise from the next apartment one night.

Tolle Lage, schönes Apartment, rundum gelungener Urlaub

Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Wir haben uns 3 Wochen lang sehr wohlgefühlt. Man muss nur die Straße überqueren und schon ist man an dem weitläufigen Strand. Fantastisch sitzt man auf der Dachterasse mit Grill. Hier haben wir so manchen Grillabend verbracht.

Der Ort ist nicht groß, bietet aber alles notwendige. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in Allem wirklich empfehlenswert.

Sehr schönes Appartment direkt am Strand

Die Wohnung liegt ideal. Zum großen Sandstrand muss nur eine Straße überquert werden. Der Strand ist groß und war während unseres Aufenthalts nie überfüllt. In Laufdistanz befindet sich alles was man braucht. Bäcker, Metzger, Lebensmittelgeschäft, Restaurants, Strandbars. Die Wohnung ist ordentlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns 3 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders herrlich ist die große Dachterasse auf der wir so manchen Abend gegrillt haben. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Der Gastgeber war stets hilfsbereit und sehr unkompliziert. Wir haben viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

trés bel appartement..propriétaire ( Joaquim a l'écoute et de bons conseils)

A revoir WIFI ( primordial pour des étrangers en vacances.

tres beau site et avec voiture encore mieux.

A voir torremolinos et marina de benalmadenia sompteux Marbella et Nerja. enfin la chaleur et l eau mer chaude.

Un petit point pour Joaquim ...pensez au locataires pour 6 une chaise longue c'est un peu juste...et MOTIVER la jeune fille..Joaquim comprendra...
