Beautifully Furnished w/ Beach Access

This place is amazing!! Waking up to a fresh ocean breeze that is unforgettable. The building has direct access to ocean. In minutes you can be swimming in the clear blue waters of Miami Beach. This unit truly is a gem.

Breathtaking Views and Premium Location

This unit has the most breathtaking views. Waking up to the views alone was incredible. It is beautifully furnished and very well kept. It is located in Miami Beach. It is not as congested as South Beach but in case you want to take a walk on Ocean Drive or Lincoln Road you are a 5-7 minute drive away. Perfect location in my opinion!

Trip of a lifetime!

Hands down my best experience ever! Hard to find a place that stands out in the heart of Miami Beach. Look no further. This amazing luxury condo. is one for the books! Conveniently located, the Akoya offers breathtaking views of the serene ocean and the busy city night life. The unit was just as advertised- spotless, very high end, and the mattressess were extremely comfortable. One of my favorite things to do was have my morning coffee in the wrap around balcony.. WHAT A VIEW!!! Needless to say, my wife and I enjoyed the private beach with two beach chairs and an umbrella that are provided by the unit (membership) and set up by the staff (excellent service) to your convenience. Activities and night life are endless and just minutes away. I've been to Miami many times and have yet to come across a better place to stay. I cannot wait to come back!

A great South Beach escape!

The unit, building and location are all top-notch. The view is breathe taking and the amenities like the pool, beach and gym were all what you expect from an A-Class building. The owner and real estate agent were very nice and accommodating. The best, restaurants, lounges and clubs are only a few minutes away but the area is quiet and serene. We would definitely recommend this place and we will stay again. A great South Beach escape!
