La maison est tout simplement exceptionnelle et correspond en tous points à la description de l'annonce.Moderne, spacieuse, très bien agencée et équipée, elle est également dotée d'une superbe terrasse.

Il ne manque rien, un régal.

Le propriétaire, au demeurant fort sympathique, fournit tous les renseignements et conseils utiles pour optimiser le séjour. (marché, poissonnier, restaurants....)

Je recommande vivement cette location, idéale pour une famille nombreuse ou entre amis.

Excellent rapport qualité prix-à recommander!

Maison neuve, très très bien équipée et d'une propreté extra!

La maison est dans un clos à 5 min en vélo de la plage des Bonnes. La boulangerie et le marché et qques épiceries sont à qques coups de pédales. Proprio charmant et le concierge pour l'entrée et la sortie est aussi très efficace. Position nord ouest de l'île calme sauvage et facile pour les visites!

Pas de jardin mais énorme terrasse avec table transat et salon d'extérieur.

On apprécie aussi la machine à lessiver et les deux salles de douche! Pratique et agréable à vivre.

Toute nouvelle cuisine tres appréciée pour les petits plats et le coin apéro pour les retours de plage! On a vraiment bien aimé, merci!

Superbe Maison très bien équipée avec une terrasse immense ( 100% voir plus que le descriptif) , situé dans une impasse calme , pas de vis à vis avec les voisins, avec tous les commerces à proximité.
