This apartment is located in a busy area of Venice, near Campo Santa Maria Formosa, near the Rialto bridge and not far from Piazza San Marco, but away from the chaos of the tourist routes. The geographical context is ideal because it has windows on two opposite sides, one, to one bedroom has two windows overlooking a small alley, so it's more quiet and cool in summer, the other, with four windows, by a beautiful flower garden it is sunny, because exposed southwest. The presence of two full baths can accommodate families of 4/5 persons or two couples.

Comfortable and cosy apartment

Lovely apartment mid way between St Marks and the Rialto. Excellent location with all your needs on the doorstep but still quiet and private. Very well equipped with comfortable sitting room and bedroom much needed after a day of getting lost in Venice. Spotlessly clean and very tastfully decorated - a real home from home. Meet and Greet excellent with Riccardo on hand if anything was needed. Would happily recommend this apartment for a stay in this beautiful city.

BIEN SITUÉ ET TRANQUILLE

Appart bien situé à Venise, a moins de 10 minutes à pied de la place San Marco, des vaporettos. Epicerie pas loin. Le seul bémol: Nous étions 4 adultes retraités. La chambre était très bien pour l'autre couple mais le sofa-lit n'est pas confortable du tout et la pièce n'a pas de porte mais seulement un rideau. A part ça, nous avons bien apprécié.

Perfect apartment

The best apartment we had in the past 10 years in Venice. Well futnishef. One feels at Home. Very pleasent contact with owner and manager. The manager was very helpful. Nice surroundings. Easy to het to highlights, vaporetto, etc.

What makes this property unique

The house is beautiful elegant light punishment, a peaceful garden that has its charm in every season, the presence of two bathrooms and two comfortable living areas makes it usable even by two couples or a family with 2 3 / children.
The kitchen is large and very well equipped, two beautiful Carrara marble floors will allow you to cook while your friends and family keep you company sitting at the dining table in front of you.
The two full bathrooms comprehensive, one with shower and the other with bath, will allow you to live comfortably in the house 4 people.
The apartment is on the first floor, so you do not hurt hand luggage, but since it has a garden in front of most of the windows is always full of light.
The best quality of the apartment are the elegance with which we have restored and furnished, and the extreme quiet of the area where it is located, while being close to all major tourist attraction.
