Villa Giulia is a charming villa with direct access to a beautiful beach "reserved", located in the town of Licata. This is' the ideal place for a quiet relaxing holiday by the sea, sun and culture. The villa has also a direct access to the enchanting and "private" beach "Cavadduzzu" for unforgettable swims in crystal clear waters. The beach has both rocks on one side than the other African fine sand (ideal for children). Villa Giulia has been totally redecorated in July 2011 (see photo). The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, satellite TV. The bedrooms are bright and welcoming, are: a bed, two rooms with two single beds each, in which you and 'the possibility of adding a third bed for a child and a mezzanine with a sofa bed, from which access to a covered terrace. The living room, with sea view, is habitable and has satellite TV. From the large terrace and panoramic area, partially covered by a roof and plenty of sun loungers, opens a breathtaking view of the rocks of the beach "Cavadduzzu." The terrace is also equipped with two tables, chairs and barbecue. The services are: two bathrooms with bidet, shower and hair dryer, a pantry with iron and ironing board and an outdoor shower. Prices include bed linen, towels, electricity, water and gas, and possibly a good beach umbrella. The final cleaning is the responsibility of the customer.
The mild climate, particularly enjoyed from April to November, makes it an ideal place not only to enjoy the sun and the sea along the beautiful coast of Agrigento (http://www.consorziodeitempli.ag.it/mappa-mare.html ) (Licata, White Point, San Leo, Lido Azzurro Porto Empedocles, Cape Russello, Giallonardo, Siculiana Marina, the nature reserve of Torre Salsa, Bovo Marina, Eraclea Minoa, Sciacca, Memphis, etc ...), but also for visit with short excursions (http://www.consorziodeitempli.ag.it/mappa-cultura.html): the nearby Valley of the Temples in Agrigento (UNESCO-World Heritage Site) and its Museum (Km.48); Minoa with its amphitheater, the ruins of the Roman Villa, Porto Empedocles (Vigata) from which there are daily ferry and hydrofoil to the islands Pelagie (Lampedusa and Linosa) and place the setting for novels of writer Andrea Camilleri , the birthplace of Luigi Pirandello, Agrigento and its churches, St. Leo with its lively nightlife, etc. ... .
During the summer also various cultural events (concerts, theater, festivals, etc ...) (http://consorziodeitempli.ag.it/sagre-e-eventi.html), several pubs, pizzerias, trattorias and restaurants (where you can sample fresh local fish) are the ideal setting for a holiday of relaxation and fun.
