Perfect place to stay

Overall: Great apartment; we would happily stay there again.
Pros: Perfect location (e.g. tube stop and Whole Foods close by); immaculately clean; good space; tons of light; outdoor terrace; comfortable and nicely furnished; workable kitchen; wi-fi, computer, printer and free calls to U.S..
Cons: Occasional noise from upstairs; washer/dryer of limited utility.
Special Find in London
We were very happy with our stay in this lovely apartment. Great neighborhood and location next to High Street Kensington but very quiet inside. Loved the natural light coming from the window wall to the terrace - even on rainy days. The owner was very attentive and all amenities were of the highest quality. Kitchen was packed with utensils and appliances - except for American style coffeemaker but coffee shop across the street so no worries.
Great location for first time visitors
Kensington worked out very well for us as first time visitors. Good access to neighborhood restaurants, markets and the Tube. Comfortable apartment. Bed size is what we in the USA call a queen. Mark and Sophia were very kind to check with us during our stay to make sure all was going well.

From my first communication with Mark he was very helpful and friendly and was willing to be super flexible to still meet me at the property to welcome me even though I arrived not long before midnight, which was really great especially taking into account that he didn't live nearby.
The apartment was really great and in a superb location with beautiful Holland Park a few minutes walk away, and Kensington High Street underground station only about 5 minutes walk. The weather was perfect for the whole stay and being able to have the doors to the roof terrace open whenever I was there was wonderful. The bed is very comfortable and Mark remained super helpful and available throughout my stay if I had any questions. In conclusion my stay was brilliant and I'd recommend the apartment to
Very comfortable stay in Kensington
I can’t say enough great things about this flat. It’s the perfect location to use as hub on London vacation. The place itself was perfect for a family of 3 and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The owner arranged a personalized check-in which was very helpful! He also gave great advice on traveling in from airport and very understanding when our flight was delayed. This place is a win win if planning on trip to London

Remember that London is huge and where you locate yourself makes a significant difference - one mile can be 20-30 minutes of additional travel time.
