About Innocenzi Guerrino

I was born on 05.05.1944 in Rome and I've always lived in Primavalle, a neighborhood was born around 1930 a few steps from St. Peter. Here I attended my schooling, from kindergarten to high school.

I have done my work at a service station owned by me (near the structure "Holiday") from 1968 to 2000, supported by the collaboration of my wife. Currently this activity is being handled by my children.

Quit his job at the gas I devoted mainly to the management of apartments owned, including some for the activity of "Holiday", activity that

from 2013 with excellent results both economically and human relationships with customers and foreign national.

Innocenzi Guerrino purchased this apartment in 1973

Why Innocenzi Guerrino chose Quartiere XXVII Primavalle

The real estate in question was made by my father and I was sent for an inheritance. The decision to allocate some apartments to the activity of "Holiday" has gained some years ago under the pressure of an economic crisis which reached gradually also in Italy. In recent years, many reports of rent are entered in suffering because of the crisis affecting consequently also my financial balances. This was the impetus to diversify the management of my real estate, giving life to the activity of "holiday home".

What makes this apartment unique

Humble Arrangements, Quiet Neighborhood

  • 5 of 5

Our first stay in Italy couldn’t have started off any better. Guerrino’s apartment was just as it was described. The market and shops around the neighborhood allowed my family and I to experience a perfect ‘movie-like’ setting of a humble Italian neighborhood. There are a couple of upgrades that would make this property a gem—mind you, without them, my wife and I would still come back. One upgrade suggestion would be a microwave oven. My family and I spent a week in Roma and we often brought back food. However, with no microwave, we chose not to use the oven to reheat our food. So, we ended up throwing out our leftover food (a travesty to say the least, as we had some amazing pasta e frijole and carbonara from an amazing ristorante). The other upgrade suggestion...the shower. The shower is small. Now, to be fair, I am 6 foot 2 inches tall and weigh about 290 pounds, so small is a relative term for a man my size. However, my wife and daughter, both substantially smaller in height and weight, found the shower a little tight. Yet, again, we managed and we would not hesitate booking this property even if the shower size was not upgraded. Lastly, I think a great asset is access to the public transportation. There is a bus stop, no more than 20 yards from the apartment complex, that runs every 10 - 12 minutes, and will drop you off right across the entrance to the Battastini Metro Station. If you choose to use the bus to get to Battastini Metro Station, take the 46b or 916. To get back to the neighborhood use the 46b or 983. Despite the ticket reader, it is free as we did as the Romans did—in fact, during our stay and use of the buses, we experienced only one instance where a rider swiped his metro card.

Grazie Guerrino for allowing us to stay at your property. We can’t wait to come back. Ciao!

Nice clean and spacious apartment. Guerrino and Maria Pia are wonderful hosts

  • 5 of 5

We were met by Guerrino at the airport. On our arrival at the apartment, his lovely wife Maria Pia came in and made us coffee showing Sally the kitchen while Guerrino showed me the rest of the apartment.

The apartment is very spacious, super shower and air conditioning in the bedroom and lounge.

WIFI is free and can be accessed in any room. There is a tv which we didn't bother with. Guerrino and Maria are delightful hosts and invited us to dinner on our last evening.

We have stayed in apartments all over Europe and this one is certainly the best by far. There are two medium size supermarkets and an open air market nearby. We walking through the market when we met up with Guerrino who insisted on buying us coffee. There are a couple of bars nearby that are cheaper than UK prices. The Metro is about a ten minute walk away or three stops on the bus. A seven day Metro/Bus/tram ticket is only 24 euros.

Guerrino and Maria Pia really made our holiday and we highly recommend them.

Nice place to go after touring the main city

  • 5 of 5

Cute apartment a ten minutes walk from the last metro stop. The owner spoke a little bit of English. We arranged our airport transfer with him as well which was helpful. The apartment shower was very small but clean. Beds were comfy. We were happy to be able to wash our clothes and have a quiet place to relax. Would definitely recommend for couples or a small family

Roomy, clean apartment in residential neighbourhood

  • 5 of 5

Guerrino and Maria Pia were warm and helpful upon arrival. The rooms are spacious and clean and the washing machine works well. We enjoyed the two sunny balconies and the well-equipped kitchen. There is a daily outdoor market across the street and a full supermarket around the corner. We used buses and metro to get to downtown Rome and the Foro Italico for tennis. In this neighbourhood it is possible to experience daily life in Italy which is just what we wanted. Everything was exactly as pictured and described! We recommend the Case Guerrino!

Nice Flat!

  • 4 of 5

The owners were very kind and helpful during our stay, always happy to see us and offer coffee! The flat was very clean and quite spacious for the three of us. The location is about a 20 minute car ride to the Vatican and about 15 minutes car ride to Trestevere. It is close to metro and the bus stop is just outside the building.
