4 minutes walk to the largest park in Tel Aviv, 4 minutes walk to the new Tel Aviv port and only 8 minutes walk to the beach, Dizengoff 318 is a great location to spend your holiday in Tel Aviv.

Bright, clean, spacious and complete with private balcony with outdoor table and chairs. The main living area is furnished with a leather 'L' shaped sofa, coffee table and TV unit with a large wall mounted flat-screen TV (including cable). Between the living room and kitchen is a good sized round dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is complete with a new gas stove oven and family sized fridge/freezer.

The master bedroom is pristine white with great storage space. The 2nd bedroom includes a comfortable single bed and ample storage space for the 3rd guest.

The bathroom includes a combo bathtub/shower, washing machine and smaller balcony area for drying.

A modern Tel Aviv building, an apartment cared for by the owners and close to a variety of authentic Israeli, Asian, Mediterranean and traditional restaurants, this is a great vacation home-from-home.
