We love this part of town because during the day there is a great buzz about the place with all the office workers but from early evening the area starts to empty out and there is a more relaxed vibe about the place - you get the best of both worlds - so close to Grafton Street with its many bars,restaurants,fantastic shopping and all round good times and with-in 5 minutes from Grafton Street you are home and tucked up in bed!

5 minutes walk to Grafton Street,as this property is so close to the most vibrant part of Dublin for shopping and nightlife,taxi's will not be necessary for the duration of your trip Great sightseeing with-in a short hop from this rental,The National Concert Hall just around the corner and St,Stephens Green Park 30 seconds walk with 9 hectares/22 acres of well maintained grounds with lake,a playground ,lunch time concerts during summer months and plenty of benches and the like to sit,relax and gather your thoughts and watch the world go by

Wonderful location and fabulous place to stay!

We had a wonderful time in Dublin! Simon and the entire team were so helpful! They had every detail covered from the moment we booked our stay. We would highly recommend staying here and the location is perfect. We were close to everything and really enjoyed our daily walks through the beautiful park. The artwork in the home was really nice too!

Top of the range!

We stayed at this property for a short stay in late July, with 9 adults and 3 children all comfortably accommodated. We were touring Ireland for a family reunion, mostly coming from USA and Australia.

The property is setup to comfortably sleep large groups, with plenty of bedrooms, comfy beds and linens. It has a common area on the ground floor, which includes several sofas and plenty of seating around a large dining table and extra outdoor space in an enclosed patio. Everything in the house looks great, and worked perfectly during our stay.

Best bit -- the location is IDEAL!!! It's located maybe 50 meters from St. Stephens Green. There are several nice cafes and pubs right around the corner from the house, and Grafton Street less than 10-minute's walk away.

The confirmation and check-in process was VERY EASY as well. No issues whatsoever with check-in or check-out. The property owners kept us well informed on all the house details and local knowledge. In all, exceptional service.

Beautiful townhouse

Beautiful townhouse! Simon was great and very accommodating. The place was immaculate. It has everything you need. We were welcomed with a vase of fresh flowers, basics stocked in the fridge and bread and scones.

Best Dublin Location!

This home was just perfect for our group of 8. Two teen boys loved the attic hideaway. A tween had her own special room. Three grammas were each comfortable in their own rooms as were my husband and I. The home has lovely amenities - the towels are fluffy, linens new and fresh. The house feels newly-remodeled, and beautifully done at that. Bathrooms are super clean as was the kitchen. We ate at the house for about half of our meals - everything worked as it should and there were plenty of dishes, silverware and pots and pans. Lovely touches included a welcome bread, scones, butter, jam, olive oil and balsamic and hot chocolate. Bottles of water, crisps and chocolates in every room. The host, Simon, was very tolerant of our unpredictable arrival schedule and was there at 10 pm to welcome us. Check out with Kieran was hassle free too. The location is incredible. Less than a block off St Stephens Green, near shopping, sightseeing and all the tour buses pick up right there. Walk to Temple Bar, Leprechaun Museum, Dublinia, Grafton Street, Brazen Head, Book of Kells - yep, my tennis shoes are shot! Simon gave great recommendations on restaurants and bars too. The nearest pub is less than a block away, cafe around the corner.

Everything is Perfect Here

This charming house is perfectly located to allow one to walk to pubs, bakeries, St. Stephen's Green (a lovely park) local sites, Grafton St, Temple Bar area, Trinity College, etc. It is quiet and allows for easy and restful sleeping; has a brilliant courtyard/patio that allows for evening fresh air and libations. Off street parking is very convenient - a luxury; hot showers are available, etc.

The pictures of this house are accurate; it's immaculately cleaned and well appointed with comfort and ample bathrooms and space to gather and talk/eat, yet allows for privacy if needed. Furthermore, we had trouble with our luggage (one bag missing) and owners were more than willing to assist us so we would no lose any touring time sitting around for 1/2 day awaiting delivery from airline.

Lastly, the owners do a great job providing teas, coffee, orange juice, scones, brown bread, water, Irish butter and everything you need to get started. There's many a market nearby if you need or want to add any drinks or food items. GREAT, SUPERB, SPECIAL are all words to describe our experience and the location and comfort of this home. The six of us (2 parents & 4 young adults) used it for a few days but it could easily accommodate a group for 1 week in Dublin. We were able to walk to 4-star restaurants and felt safe even on a late return at 1AM from Temple Bar area (yes, we closed it ! just happened; not planned)

Don't hesitate - this is a perfect place to stay in Dublin

Fantastic location & Excellent accommodations

Two families, including 3 children, used this wonderful self-catering rental for a week-long Dublin get-together. The location is simply amazing, located on a quiet street within easy walking distance of central Dublin. Nearby are bus stops, taxi stands, shops, pubs, restaurants, and St. Stephen's Green (with its fabulous playground for toddlers and elementary children), as well as many of the must-see sights of Dublin.

Recently renovated, this property is visually pleasing with its designer touches, updated fixtures, and modern furnishings. There are two flat-screen televisions, including access to owner-provided Netflix. A fireplace in the living room has a fan that can be switched on for more heat. A walled-in patio provides a cozy place for outdoor dining and relaxing. Included is a dishwasher in the kitchen, and a clothes washer and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with all the dishes, utensils, cutlery, pots and pans, towels, and food preparation items that you'd want.

The street level contains a great room (living room, dining room, and kitchen), a bedroom, a full bathroom with a tub, and the clothes washer and dryer. Upstairs are four bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. From one of the upstairs bedrooms is a stairway to an attic bedroom with twin beds for children. The beds are comfortable and furnished with warm quilts. There are ample towels and even wash cloths. The bathrooms are well-stocked with toilet paper and soap/shampoo.

The property is clean, well-maintained, and has an off-site manager who is readily available at any time to answer questions or come to resolve any problems (we had a blown fuse which knocked out the television connection, and the manager quickly answered our call for assistance by showing up to restore service). The next time we are in Dublin we will certainly rent this property again.
