Very peacefulThe apartment is situated in „Jardin del Rey“, the „Kingsgarden“, a beautiful cultivated housing estate. The houses are in the opulently planted garden with two big pools and is situated in the first row of houses overlooking the sea. It is located 1,2 km far from the centre of Porto Colom. A walking distance of only 3 minutes brings you to „Cala Marcal“ which has a sandy beach.

Nearby to the individual holiday resort „Jardin del Rey“ you can find different shopping possibilities like a big supermarket, a drugstore, a bank and a bakery. Here you can enjoy the local cuisine in various restaurants, taverns or cafeterias.

The apartment is situated in the ground floor and has a spacious area of 105 m². It is divided into a big living/dining room, three bedrooms, a two bathrooms and a kitchen with a storeroom. From the terrace, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the sea.

"Just about everything ab...

"Just about everything about the appartment, the location, surroundings and Portocolom were magnificent. The appartment was the largest and best equipped we ever rented. We only stayed with 3 adults and two children, but more can be easily acommodated. The appartment has a high standard from the kitchen to the two (!) large bathrooms. Sitting on the terrace you have a great view on the seaside. The immediate surroundings with the well-kept garden and large pools are beautiful and the supermarket and restaurants around the corner are convenient. Portocolom including the picturesque harbor as well as two larger supermercados can be reached on foot, too, on a longer walk (15-30 min). The beach is in very close proximity and can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. It is also well-kept and quite spacious (especially in comparison to the much smaller bays in Cala d''or where we stayed last year).

Last not least, Rosa was very helpful with organising everything.

Altogether, we had a great holiday at this appartment!"
