This 850 sqft condo has a 150 sqft screened in balcony. Parking for your vehicles and trailers at the location is included in your stay.
Full Kitchen & 3 piece bathroom. Queen size bed, Queen size Murphy bed, & Full size pull out couch. Each room is heated with base board heating. Living room/kitchen has a fire place & AC Unit. All Linens are provided for our guests. Less than Two Hours from Twin Cities.
Guest will have access to the full condo #202, with exception to the utility closet, and one bedroom closet, which is for employees only.
Guest also have access to the association owned Gazebo, if you would like to use propane it is $2/use payable to maintenance manager. Otherwise feel free to bring your own propane and use the grill on the condo balcony. Do not use charcoal.

There is a beach area within walking distance and a harbor as well. Both of these amenities are shared with the condo organization. There is a public beach less than a mile away.
Docking and launching services are available, payable to a third party. Cost is $10/day. Otherwise there is public access entry 2.5 miles away.
Association has a limit on number guests for fire code and safety reasons, maximum amount of guests at one time in the condo is six.
We are willing to take the deposit off if you would prefer to pay the VRBO insurance. Please let us know.

You will enjoy a picturesque view immediately overlooking the harbor. As you will see from our photos, this condo is located on the second floor of a 3 tiered condo complex. This property is located steps from the water and moments from an unbelievable experience!
We are located immediately next to a bar and pizza place. Great for darts, pool and fun; very family friendly! This condo is smack in the middle of 'walleye central! If you came to MN to fish, you are in the right place. Several bait shops, marinas and launches in Garrison. Brainerd is 20 minutes away with all of the shopping and entertainment you could ask for. Gas, grocery and food all here in this friendly town.
Location: This place is easy to find, right along northwestern shore of Mille Lacs, close to everything you need, and easy to access.
Pros: The owner is easy to talk to, responds fairly fast, and the price is fair. The condo is spacious and has a very "home-y" feel to it. The view of the lake can be amazing right off the mosquito free porch/deck. This condo offers all the amenities you'll need to relax including AC, heat, pots, pans, utensils, towels, free wifi, roku, dvd players with decent selection of dvd's, hair dryer, etc. Parking is always open and my stay there was quiet and undisturbed.
Cons: Only one major complaint for me. The screens on the whole building itself, the walkways to the condo, and the porch/deck of the condo was really dirty. There was spiderwebs and spiders everywhere. We barely stayed out on the porch/deck area because there was so much webs on the screens. It would have been nice to feel the breeze and enjoy the scenery had the porch/deck area been cleaner.
Overall, not bad. It's a fairly decent place and worth staying for parties up to 5. Everything you need should be there. Easy check in and out, comfy, and decent price as mentioned before. I would not mind staying here again and would recommend it to others.
I stayed here with my wife and daughter. Aaron did a great job of communicating prior to our arrival and we found the property to be very comfortable. I especially liked the screened-in porch facing the lake. My daughter enjoyed the Murphy bed and the access to Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu on the TV. Getting to Garrison only took a couple of hours from the Cities and it was a quite relaxed place to spend a lazy weekend.

Stayed in the winter to fish, was great to have ice road access, food close, and the condo was clean and comfy. Excited to stay again in the summer because it's right off the dock with affordable slips!

We have basic digital channels. You may have to re-scan for channels.
Smoking outside only, on the balcony or front steps (Both are screened in). Please dispose of cigarettes in the designated trays. Please close doors and windows before smoking outside.
Keep Music and TV to a civilized volume as there are 30 units in the building. The bar next to the condo will allow you to be as loud as you want.
Please no pets, we do make exceptions for service dogs, we do require proof of service. You must pick-up after your animal.
Fires must be put out 2 hours prior to leaving as we do not want smoke filling up the condo. Please leave note for cleaning crew that fireplace was used. Firewood is available for $1/Piece, paid to Condo #101. Gas Stations near by also have firewood for sale. Otherwise feel free to bring your own.
Please put all used linens in bedroom/laundry basket. If you use all three beds, leave them be so we know to clean the sheets and remake the bed.
Make sure to keep doors locked when leaving at all times, please.
Do not leave any person(s) under the age of 16 unattended in the condo.
If you spill or break something please contact us so we can work out a solution.
Please keep all trash inside the condo. Our cleaning crew will take out the trash for you.
All fishing poles can be hung up outside on the screened in porch.
Guests are allowed one parking spot. All other vehicles, boats, or trailers must be parked in gravel lot in between complex and Harbor Inn.
Boat launching is provided through a third party, cost is $10/day. There is free public access 2.5 miles away.
We do charge a cleaning fee of $35/stay.
