Ground floor appartmentall, extending onto private gardens overlooking a park

The « Domaine de Bel Air » will charm you by its beautiful location, set in the greenery, of a floral park and a large olive grove. You will stay in a comfortable apartment – all on one level – with two large terraces, all fitted with comfortable furniture, and each extending onto a private garden overlooking the park. This dual orientation ensures a certain freshness in summer and a mild winter. It is an ideal place to relax and to take advantage of the sun all the year round in a region noted for its patrimony and for its countryside. Much more than just a holiday location, I have aimed to make it welcoming. You will receive a personal and warm welcome, and I am sure that you will not easily forget your stay Summer and winter you can recharge your batteries and enjoy a variety of activities nearby and easily accessible by the tramway. You will be only three minutes from the tram stop and in ten minutes it will take you to the town centre, and in half an hour you can continue right to the seaside.

An oasis of calm on the edge of the CBD

Only 4km from the Old Town (10 minutes by tram to Plan Cabanes, 15 mins to Gare St Roch - you can easily walk the distance too in about 40 minutes from the arch end of Rue Foch), this light and bright, ground floor apartment has everything you need for a quiet, calm and restful stay.

Nassiba is a very thoughtful and very helpful host. She accommodated our checkin and checkout times with no problem and the kitchen is stocked with absolutely everything. The front and back gardens/terraces were lovely places to start and end the day.

We have stayed in a number of apartments over our many years of foreign travel, and this is by far the closest to a home-away-from-home we have found - you can cook proper meals (there are spices, stocks, proper utensils etc), plus it was spotlessly clean and well maintained. You really do feel like a guest in someone's home. Nassiba has even prepared a folder of suggestions (with maps) of personal site-seeing and market favourites.

It was no problem getting into town (we never waited more than 5 minutes for a tram) and the apartment is only steps from the tram stop, though as it is set back from the road amid rose gardens and olive groves, you would think you were in the country. There are two bakeries about 500m away as well as a very large supermarket less than 1km away.

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for short or long stays. Merci a vous Nassiba pour ce merveilleux sejour.

Avalon Beach

Very comfortable apartment in excellent location

In October 2013, we enjoyed a week in Nassiba’s comfortable and tastefully decorated ground floor apartment. Whereas many self catering apartment contain the bare essentials, this apartment includes personal and homely touches. It is in a very good location, being only a few minutes’ walk from the efficient and fast tram system which takes you to the historic centre of Montpellier. The lock up garage is a real asset because we used our hire car to explore the many interesting places within easy driving distance of the apartment. Upon return from a day’s sightseeing, we enjoyed sitting on the patio looking out onto the expansive grounds and olive grove. This apartment provides easy access to the centre of Montpellier but also provides a very comfortable haven with its tranquil garden setting.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super!

Das Feriendomizil ist sehr ruhig, obwohl die Straßenbahn in die Innenstadt und zum Strand vor der Tür abfährt.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt .

Die Eigentümerin ist sehr bemüht , es ihren Gästen an nichts fehlen zu lassen.

Un séjour magnifique

Nous avons passé deux semaines passionnantes dans cet hébergement formidable et nous avons pris du plaisir à l’appartement. Les pièces sont arrangés avec goût. Le placard à chaussure m’est plu au mieux. Les photos de logement sur la site internet concorde avec la réalité.

Le supermarché, le boulanger et l’arrêt de tramway, on peut y aller facilement à pied.

On peut bien gagner les plages en tramway ou en bus. Les villes de Sète, Nîmes, Arles, Carcassonne etc., elles sont bien atteintes de la gare de St Roch sauf pendant en grève.

La communication avec Mme Nassiba s’est très bien passée par téléphone ou whatsapp parce que Madame habite et travaille à Amiens, mais une confidente très polie nous a accueilli.

En bref : L’appartement de Mme Nassiba est une place magnifique pour passer des vacances à la plage ou des escapades citadines.

Magnifique appartement avec jardins

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour d'une semaine dans ce confortable appartement, décoré avec goût par Nassiba. De plus, il est très bien situé, à quelques minutes de marche de l'efficace et beau tramway qui vous amène au centre historique de Montpellier. C’est un havre de paix et de confort grâce à son cadre extrêmement tranquille et à ses parcs et jardins très bien entretenus. Le matin au réveil, nous avons apprécié les petits déjeuner sur la terrasse ensoleillée et abritée face au petit jardin zen et au grand jardin méditerranéen merveilleusement calme (quel plaisir en plein mois de mars !). Au retour des journées de visites, nous avons apprécié de nous détendre sur la deuxième terrasse donnant sur les immenses jardins et oliveraie pour profiter d’un dernier rayon de soleil. Les jardins et le patio sont confortablement aménagés pour se détendre, paresser sur le grand sofa ou lire au soleil.

L'appartement était propre et très bien entretenu ; les équipements sont tous récents et de bonne qualité. Les placards sont remplis d’un assortiment complet d’épicerie sèche et d’épices variées, un véritable luxe quand on ne reste qu’une semaine. Tout y est prévu, les produits divers et même la pharmacie de premier secours, sans oublier des informations touristiques complètes et personnalisées.

Nassiba s’est montrée très disponible et nous a donné beaucoup d’informations avant notre séjour.

You can arrive at Domaine de Bel Air by car ; the best route from Northern Europ is the "Massif central" one, across Clermont Ferrand. The A75 and A 750 Motorway is wonderfully with beautifull scenery. You will get directly to the Domaine de Bel Air following the indication of the town center then "Hotel du Département" which is close to the housing estate.

The railway station is ten minutes

The low coast aiport of Nimes Garons is not very far from Montpellier, abus link is provided there.
