I am originally from Canton, Ohio and moved here to Cleveland 15 years ago. I graduated from The Ohio State University and I own and operate a small diner located near the house called Gus's Family Restaurant, specializing in breakfast and lunch. I have served as president of my church parish council at The Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church and have chaired the Tremont Greek Fest from 2011-2015.
I love meeting people form all over the globe and telling them about our beautiful city. Cleveland is a special place and many people love it hear once they visit.
Nick Semertsidis purchased this apartment in 2004
A group of friends rented both units for a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame weekend. Both were neat, clean, roomy and had everything we needed. The beds were SO comfy, too. The house is in a nice location; quiet, safe neighborhood and only 15 minutes to downtown Cleveland. We're already planning another stay this summer. I totally recommend this property.
The house in Parma is a nice little relaxing spot for a family to gather. 3 bedrooms are well put together, and the kitchen/ dining room / living room are pleasant. It was very clean and organized with plenty of towels and bedding.
we used the 2 sleeper sofas as well as all beds and found them all comfortable. Only one bathroom could be a slight drawback but was not a problem for our group of 8 adults.
area was very quiet and easily accessible.
Thanks Nick for a great stay.
This home was clean and in a great location for a weekend in Cleveland that included some time downtown in the evenings and time spent at Cuyahoga during the days. Quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed!
Staying in this property was great!!! we came to town for my girlfriend's 50th birthday. The rental was clean, well stocked, and a great, convenient location to see the attractions of Cleveland. Having sheets and towels provided is a great perk. Nick was so easy to work with and came right over to assist us when we inadvertently locked ourselves out of the unit. He is a very responsive, easy to work with property owner.
I rented the upper level of this house for 6 days. I spent the time babysitting for my 2-year old granddaughter while her parents were in Cleveland for business. This was an excellent setting for caring for my granddaughter. The flat was clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. It's located in a quiet, suburban neighborhood and felt very safe. I took my granddaughter for walks every morning, and the neighbors were very friendly and pleasant. The flat was quite spacious, the bedrooms were a comfortable size (2 of them were connecting, which was great with a toddler), and the beds were perfect. Nick was very responsive and accommodating, providing us with a high chair and pack and play. The only caution I would have for others is to remember it's an upper level flat. There are 2 rather steep sets of stairs, about 6 steps each. My 2-year old managed the steps just fine, but they were a little difficult for me. However, I would definitely rent this flat again.
