This 3 bedroom 3 bath oceanfront condo is located at the highly desirable Duneridge Resort. This spacious property is designed with elegant simplicity in mind. The large oceanfront master suite boasts a seating area, king size bed, and a custom shower in the private full bathroom. The two guest bedrooms are on the marsh side. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed with a full private bathroom. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds, and there is also a full bathroom in the hall next to this bedroom. The living room has plenty of seating for the family, and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen has granite counter tops, bar seating, and stainless steel appliances.

The balcony has great views of the dunes and the ocean, watch the waves crash on the beach! With a large pool, tennis court, elevator, and secure entrances Duneridge makes it easy to enjoy the good life. Come be one of the first to experience this beautiful property.

Enjoyable

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and overall stay was very enjoyable. I will say the bed mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. It would make me not want to rent that unit again only for that reason. I hope the owner reads this and makes a good business decision.

Nice Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week in September. Before our arrival I called to make sure our comforters/quilts would be washed, a gentleman at intercostal realty/duneridge assured me they would be. Upon arrival that was not the case. Which is gross! I washed all 4 comforters that afternoon. I also mopped the entire condo as the floors had not been properly cleaned and left the bottoms of our socks black. We also noticed the water despenser on the fridge didn't work and water was leaking causing puddles on the floor. No one ever showed up to remedy the situation even after 3 phone calls. Duneridge 2211 is a nice unit with a nice big washer/dryer, (thank goodness). We enjoyed our stay, just wished it was cleaner.

The cleaners had not cleaned the floor or wiped down counters

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was only one trash bag in the kitchen receptacle. When we removed the trash bag the receptacle was dirty from the previous renter. There was no soap for cleaning the dishes so the previous renter put dishes away dirty. No coffee filters which feels cheep since filters cost pennies each. For approximately $5.00 Dish soap,14 coffee filters, 3 dishwasher soap squares could be provided for a better experience. On the positive note the property management staff were so nice and accommodating! The gentleman that came to replace burnt out lightbulbs was exceptional. We like the secure feeling of the property and liked the location. The owners went to great care to make the home beautiful so I would recommend the condo to other vacationers.

VACATION. NIGHTMARE

Dirty futniture(we had to sit in sheets), mildew/mold on bathroom ceiling, spider web climbing up wall to ceiling in main room, two broken televisions,refrigerator leAked making the kitchen floor slippery(and one of our guests was using crutches after just being released fro””m the hospital because of a fall, no hot water in one bathroom shower, one bedroom closet filled with paint cans and beach balls so there was. no room to hang clothes,insect traps prominently displayed in rooms, ice maker not working, one twin bed missing correct size slat under mattress,etc. We left early. How and Why is this property for rent???
