About the property

Spacious and airy apartment

The apartment is located in the Lota Beach (5 minutes walk) and is close to the beach of Manta Rota (15 minute walk). These are beaches with extensive sand and warm waters.

It is very easy to reach by car (about 10 minutes) the Cacela Velha village old fortress that stands in about the beginning of the Natural Park of Ria Formosa. You can even next door, take a boat to spend an unforgettable day on the island Factory.

The 2 bedroom is very spacious and is located on the semi-basement of a villa and has separate entrance this. In the entrance area guests have an exclusive barbecue for your use and have a terrace deck, covered.

The apartment has one bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two single beds and a couch that can be mounted in this second bedroom or in the living room, according to the preference of guests.

The living room is quite large, has a set of wicker sofas with pillows and TV with four national channels and some Spanish channels.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with large and small household appliances, as well as crockery, pots, tablecloths and kitchen towels. Stove and water heater are electric. For water heating the house is equipped with boiler.

bathroom linens are available for the number of guests agreed and linens are provided. The apartment also has iron and ironing, drying and vacuum cleaner and crib available for small children and chair lift at the table for meals.

The bathroom is equipped with shower and has window for light and ventilation.

All rooms have fitted windows with mosquito nets.

It is a fully equipped apartment with the amenities necessary for a peaceful holiday.
