It is an apartment in a family house with the owner above - not your own place !!

If you intend to rent a apartment, this place is all right, but only for 4 persons, sleeping on the couch for number 5 and perhaps 6 is uncomfortable, the couch's is to short, and the whole sitting room is transformed to a bedroom.

We sought we rented our own house, so it was quite a bit of surprise to realize that it was the ground floor of a house, where the owner + family was living on the first floor, sitting on a balcony right over the chairs being shown on the picture. In the text is written that it is a cottage we are renting not a small rather dark apartment. Had we known these circumstances, we would have found something else.

Sandrine and her family is friendly people, but they did not honestly describe what you will get if you rent their place.

Suite à mes recherches, le site partenaire Ownersdirect.co.uk. sur lequel vous avez fait votre réservation, ne présente pas les mêmes textes ou titres qu’Abritel.fr et les légendes sous les photos n’existent plus. Je vous remercie d’avoir soulevé ces points très importants mais pour lesquels je ne peux apporter aucune modification. Les photos vous apportent un visuel précis et réaliste. 1-Le terme appartement, en français, désigne en général un ensemble de logement dans une grande bâtisse. Ce qui n’est pas le cas. « Appartement dans une maison familiale » n’est pas proposé dans le menu défilant. Aussi le terme gîte est le plus approprié. //2-Les dimensions du canapé-lit sont décrites sous la photo désignant le salon, sur le Abritel.fr. La configuration de deux canapés convertibles, a été exceptionnellement installée pour votre séjour. //3-Les dimensions du gîte soit 94 m² indiqué juste sous les premières photos, traduit «cottage : 1,011sq. ft », Là encore je dois faire confiance à la traduction. //4-L’exposition du salon et cuisine au sud-ouest (décrit en légende sous les photos du coucher de soleil) sur Abritel.fr // 5-Ma présence dans cette propriété et la configuration de deux logements : plusieurs informations sur Abritel, attestent de cette situation. Dans les chapitres suivants : Descriptif : A l’orée du bois, ce rez- de- chaussée de 94 m², d'une maison de famille…Votre logement est indépendant, votre espace jardin vous est réservé sur environ 500 m². Nous ne partageons que l'allée principale de la propriété. Profil Propriétaire : J’aime vivre de simples échanges, spontanés et sincères. Cette relation est d’autant plus importante que nous vivons dans la même propriété. Pourquoi cette location: Aménagée en 2 appartements, avec entrées indépendantes, elle s’adapte parfaitement à la location touristique // 6-Je vie seule dans le logement, situé au-dessus du gîte. Mes enfants ont quittés le foyer depuis plusieurs années. Soyez assurés que je suis désolée que la visite que j’ai reçue de 2 personnes, vous ai dérangé, et cela malgré l’attention que je porte au bien être de chacun. Si je puis me permettre une recommandation, consulter les sites originaux dont la source est mise à jour par le propriétaire. Prenez le temps de traduire les textes, de bien observer les photos avant de réserver. Les vacances sont précieuses, pour les personnes qui travaillent beaucoup comme vous. Cordialement. Sandrine

Lovely property near Paris.

This is a beautiful holiday property.Kitchen extremly well equipped,lovely sitting room,beautiful bathroom and nice bedrooms.Everywhere spotlessly clean. It is set in beautiful grounds with good parking, very quiet and within easy walking distance of the town centre.Thank you for a splendid week. Klasse Unterkunft, nette Gastgeberin, nahe Paris

Wir haben als Familie 1 Woche gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Dazu bekommt man noch einen schönen Garten. Sandrine war sehr nett und unglaublich aufmerksam. Perfekt für eine Familie oder Leute, die einfach nur Ruhe suchen. Paris ist -wie hier schon beschrieben- gut zu erreichen. Da hier nicht die Deutsche Bahn fährt, sind die Züge sogar pünktlich. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeberin.

Wir wurden, trotz unserer späten Ankunft, sehr warmherzig begrüßt. Die Wohnung ist toll und sauber, ruhig aber Paris und viele andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Die Vermieterin, wie gesagt, ist warmherzig und diskret. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung und werden bestimmt nicht das letzte mal hier wohnen.
