Le Tamerici consist in an entire villa with 2 apartments rentable together.
The villa is in Rocca di Papa, a village a few kilometers from Rome, in the countryside of the Natural Park of the Castelli Romani.
The 2 apartments are different in sizes and settings.
The smaller one is on the ground floor (first 8 of the listed pictures, after che cover photo) and has a living room with kitchenette and a single sofa- bed, 2 bedrooms, a double one and another with a single bed (and the possibility to have another one straighting out of the first), 2 bathrooms (one with shower and the other one with bathtub), and a great veranda with a table overlooking the garden.
The other apartment is on two floors (first and second floor - attic, other 11 pictures). On the first floor there are a living room with a sofa bed, the kitchen with fireplace, a double bedroom and a bathroom with double sinks and jacuzzi. Upstairs , accessible by a staircase in the living room , there are 2 bedrooms ( a double one and another with 2 single beds ) and a bathroom with shower.
It's possible to add other beds.
In the Villa there is a big garden and there is the possibility to park one car.
The wood for fireplace is supplied, the temperature is cool in summer and there is no need for air conditioning.
The autonomous gas heating, available from 1 October to 30 April, is on consumption : 1,20 € per cubic meter.
It's required 100€ damage deposit in cash, at check in. The damage deposit will be given back at check out.
On request there is a transfer service with private driver (with car or van) who can wait guests inside the airport, at arrival gates, and bring them right in front of the apartment.
From Rocca di Papa begins the famous ' Via Sacra ' , which climbs Cavo Mount, through ancient paths of volcanic rock surrounded by chestnut trees, to get where once stood the Temple of Jupiter. In the woods it’s also possible go by byke.Very close there is the Albano Lake , which also overlooks Castel Gandolfo, the summer residence of the Pope. Around the lake, in Castel Gandolfo, there are also free and private beaches. Another lake is close to Nemi, famous for its ancient Roman ships museum and for the Strawberry Festival in the spring. In the Castelli Romani area there are also Frascati and Ariccia , famous for Fraschette with local products such as pork, meats, dairy products and the famous Castelli Romani wine. Very special stage, not to be missed , just three kilometers away, " up / down " road where incredibly " climb down and go down hill".
For holiday fun for children, 30 km there are Zoomarine ( water park ) and Rainbow Magicland (amusement park with magical and fairytale ) and for shopping , at 30 km, there is Outlet Valmontone.
